I would rate 0 stars for the Caringbah store if there is an option, rude store manager, and has no concern towards customer care. The office/assistant manager was way polite and offered me the same furniture for $300 less last week than what the store manager quoted today. The reason for the change in the price is unreasonable and seems that they are not interested in selling their stuff even if I am willing to pay close to $1500.

Bought a sofa, a dining set, and a matress. Bree was very helpful and was very knowledgeable. She took into account the fact that we told her we had cats and she based her recommendations around this. She also arranged the delivery based on our needs without extra charge. Also threw in a free matress protector. Was very satisfied with the experience.

Fantastic experience. My wife and i bought a bed here and were very impressed with both the range and customer service. We were served by Daniel, who was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I can't stand pushy sales people - so it was refreshing to be served by someone who actually took the time to listen to us, and provide genuine value.
We got a great price, and walked away very happy.

I highly recommend Amart Caringbah.

Purchased 2 rugs and was told I could return them if I didn't like them. Went to return them only to be told by the extremely rude manager that it wasn't the case if they were unwrapped.
Firstly how can I see what they looked like on the floor whilst in the wrapping and secondly this wasn't mentioned at time of purchase.
DO NOT purchase rugs from AMART.l

Tony, the Store Manager, was extremely rude, lacked understanding and had no concept of responsibility and owning up to the mistakes him and his team make. They will make you come back and they will tell you that the dollar value is more important than the customer. I highly recommend shopping at Bankstown Amart, they have amazing customer service and their staff are understanding and value the customer highly.

Have purchased furniture from Amart multiple times and have always found the products very good quality

I purchased furniture worth around 7k. My whole experience was very negative. Over the phone I request to exchange my 3 seater Sofa for which they send me 1 seater, when requested to send me what I ordered they asked for new full delivery fee of $129 which I had already paid previously. Also The delivery fee was included in sale but later I was charged $129. At the end lost 129$ in delivery fee and also didn't get one of the item that I had ordered. Customer service also seems rude and arrogant with no intention to help. Better off buying online than visiting their store. Delivery date was also messed up for stools for which I have to pick up myself. Already 129$ was paid for multiple delivery. Even for refund you have to visit physical store which seems like 80s to me.

I was in the store for around 20 minutes, and nobody help us to find what I was looking, bad service.

Totally agree with poor customer service review. Kept quoting the same information back when I pointed out it was not written on the web that way.

Extremely poor customer service from the staff at the Caringbah store - I would be embarrassed if I was the owner. As someone who has previously worked in HR the staff need to go to a work shop to provide them with people and customer service skills. Amarts phone message states “a friendly staff member will be with you shortly” but whenever both my partner and I spoke with staff members both in store and over the phone we were met with arrogance and passive aggressive behaviour. Staff refuse to take ownership or accountability and place it on their customers. The treatment that both my partner and I endured was unreasonable and unprofessional. I could provide numerous accounts of their poor customer service however I’d be here for a week. They are unapologetic, rude and arrogant and I would never recommend Amart even if someone was desperate. I guess you pay for the service you get. Cheap prices mean cheap customer service. Both my partner and I have been left extremely disappointed and sad about how we have been treated. We highly recommend you shop elsewhere.

This place has everything you need from lounges to tables, chairs, cabinets, beds with matress and bases, wardrobes and more it's a great place you have parking and the staff are all great and they know there stuff good customer service and there is stuff that will fit in your budget, I got a few things from here and delivered in 2-3 weeks with no issue at all next time you need something for your place come here they will look after you no questions asked

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. THE ASSEMBLING INSTRUCTION IS SO UNCLEAR. STAFFS ON THE PHONE ARE VERY UNHELPFUL.

Such a worst customer service, first they gave us wrecked bed parts and later to fix the tall chest they gave us incomplete catalogue where very less thing to fix the setup has been mentioned and when we asked for any guidelines or catalogue, so that we can set it up accordingly the lady from the customer service was very rude with the way she answered our queries. There was strong deviation between what they say and what they did, when we were at the store to buy the product we were told that if we were to assemble bed then we have to book assistance for couple of hundred dollar but the lady did not clarified that whole product including tall chest and bed side table would come without being assembled and upon supplying the product there wasn’t a simple catalogue to fix the bed so we organise assistance to fix it, but later we found out that one of the bed part was damaged and upon week and week of request they organised professionals but with the wrong parts to fix with, again after a week of follow up they organised assistance for help but they only managed to setup bed and left whole other setting as it was and now when we are requesting for assistance or guideline to fix the remaining they did not even manage to provide us with the one and after tons of email and call what they gave us is a worst customer service experience ever in Australia. They are not even worthy of single star from our experience.

Ordered a lounge reasonable $$Had to put it together with my mate at his place. He's good with tools! The lounge seat is harder than a pro bodybuilders bum! OuchOk for its price range!

Good for buying furniture, but on a more serious note their sale items are incredible we scored a lounge suit day bed Ottoman thingy for 700 on sale two weeks later the price was 1700.

Some good items at the lower end. Not sure you get what you pay for at the higher price end. Helpful staff and clean.

Great stock, non-existant sevice. 20 minutes in a near empty shop and never approached by staff.

We bought all our new furniture there with a man that comes out and, puts all the flat packs togetherdoing a fabulous job, but we have been delivered 2 faulty buffets and we still cannot unpack everything since the 21st of April, but i rahģ A mart to see when we will finally be getting our 3rd one and the faults team said they would investiate it and get back to me and i have heard NOTHING.
