Jay aswell as Mary the manager of the Auburn Amart Furniture store has genuinely made our experience pretty amazing! We had a few minor issues with the wardrobe we had purchased however every issue was dealt with more then accordingly by the store managers here. Jay’s kindness and effort to help resolve the issue and most importantly ensure we were fully satisfied is the sort of customer service experience that has made me want to do more business with the team here!

It's absolutely bad of everything. They convince you first to make you buy after that you fight to get what you paid for they are lie to people they not honest i advice everyone not to go there

The team at Auburn Amart are amazing especially Mary and Sijan. I decided to buy a tonne of furniture when moving house. With a hiccup or two Mary and Sijan were happy to help and were so accommodating especially in a stressful period for me. They made the whole process so easy and seemless. Mary is so lovely to deal with. Also the delivery side of things was impressive. Thank you Mary and Sijan. I highly recommend and will be back.

I’ve bought a sofa which had 3 years of warranty and the foam compressed in less than a year… customer service is horrible they ignored my emails and refuse to offer any form compensation as it’s apparently “normal wear and tear” according to them, I don’t understand how this is normal when It literally feels like sitting on timber in less than a year.

I bought 3 couches from here 1x3 person and 2x2 person couches and was very disappointed the product I saw was very different from one I saw their and when I emailed them they just ignored me.

I will give the negative rating if I have option. Very very bad service from Amart. I bought the chairs from them and they promise it will be in stock in mid December. But it has been in stock till January. They said you can collect from prospect store. When I go to collect from prospect store they also don’t have in stock. Also today I get to know that the chairs will come in stock in April after continuous follow up.

DO NOT GO HERE to buy a mattress After I have been using the mattress for about 2.5 weeks, it has started to sag and deform when pressure is applied. The salesman suggested buying a mattress of higher value with paying extra money on top, which was under the 180-day return policy. I was suggested to purchase the ORTHOKINECTIC Octavia Medium Mattress since I had complained regarding the firmness of the previous one.

It has the same issue it was sagging after using it for about 2weeks. When I call them and reported the issue they said they have already swap one for me under the 180 day return policy they won’t refund and exchange it again.please do not waste your money on this store, especially on the mattress.

Staff were very friendly and attentive but I needed furniture sooner rather than later. As the sales guy looking at the availability of the furniture they were not in stock. Overall it's not a bad store with some very good styles of furniture.

Don’t know about the quality of the furniture. But they don’t let people freely go through the options and decide what they want. Salesman will be looking over your shoulder all the time providing unsolicited help. Not the place you want to go if you wanna decide on your own

Bought the SORVINO bedside promised by sales was no damage.
Opened the BOX at home with significant damaged veneer and number of scratch; poor quality with over charged price.never Amart again.

The staff were great in store when making my purchase, however the quality of the products i bought were on par with fantastic furniture but almost triple the price. The instructions were absolute garbage compared everything else I've ever put together and nothing lined up properly either. Absolute garbage

Hannah in the store was very helpful. Though she joined new she was having all the required knowledge to have a smooth experience.

The Store manager was super cool! They did their best to ensure we walk out as super happy customer.

We received the furniture promptly and noticed some minor issues. I just sent an email. The manager reached back in an hour. It's on the process of being fixed free of charge.

Perfect experience. Can't ask for more.

Nice shopping experience reasonable prices and the always honour their warranties.their deliveries do get some minor issues but their customer service helps resolve the issues in a timely manner

I am a value buyer, therefore I would say that I only find value only if there are in clearance and additional discount added on top of it. Usually the sales people can offer discounts of from 10-20% - not available online

Tip: If you want to find value items quickly flick to shop no 3.
