Amanda's Thai Therapy

I called and booked 2hrs before my appointment, the person on the phone was polite, helpful and booked me in quickly with minimal fuss.

When I arrived, the receptionist was polite. You could tell that she had been trained in customer service, it was impeccable.

The room itself was a little cold, but not uncomfortable. It was clean and the sheets were fresh.

The receptionist also asked what areas of my body I wanted to focus on and about pressure. The masseuse was polite, asked enough questions and was skilled. The massage was very good and the masseuse listened to my requests for more pressure.

I had booked a remedial massage and included in that was a hot stone massage, warm towels and traditional Thai stretching. I was very impressed and I felt wonderful afterwards.

The only reason this is a 4 star review is because of the difficulty in parking, which is not the business' fault. Church St is currently under construction, and there is very little street parking. Closest parking station is $6 for 1-2hrs, about 5 min walk away.

Price I paid is $80/1 hr for remedial massage. But you are given a receipt so you can claim it back on your private health.

Amanda herself is lovely and communication was great between myself and all staff.

My wife and I searched for good reviews in the Parramatta area and this place was high on the list of ratings. This was my first EVER actual massage (not my wife's), and although I didn't leave with the feeling that most people describe after a massage or being incredibly relaxed and peaceful, I could feel my muscles were looser and a bit more relaxed. My wife absolutely loved it though.

As a first time for getting a massage, it was a good experience and the ladies who did our massages just got down to business. Place was clean and the couples room was nice to have for some privacy.

Overall, I recommend it even for first-timers, and I will return to try a different type of massage. Thanks Amanda's

Amazing massage done with the tiger balm! My neck and shoulders have been in constant pain for weeks. This is the best massage I’ve experienced in my life! Highly recommend and I will be back ️

LOVE this place! Awesome massage and so affordable. I come here every month to get my fix and the ladies there are so nice and caring.

My wife and I get a lot of relief from aches and pains from this place. The massage therapists give a genuine and relaxing Thai massage. We go for the aromatherapy oil massage that costs $65 per hour per person. You get a full body massage as well as hot rocks. Sometimes in the end the therapist will crack your back. All in all very relaxing and worth the price.

I have had 2 massages here in the last couple of months, the first one was average and she was inconsistent in what she done. The second and most recent was a good massage, it was painful and I nearly tapped out a couple of times but it felt like i was actually getting a deep tissue massage. I was disappointed my feet didn’t get done and I did notice that they finish spot on the hour and don’t take into account the time they spend leaving the room. I would rate it 3.5 stars if i had the option as the first time it was a 3 and second was a 4.

They don't have HICAPS but they will write up a receipt, they work with Frank healthcare at least. The masseuse I got was really firm, cracked my entire spine from my neck down. Highly recommended!

My wife and I enjoyed our morning here yesterday to kick off our wedding anniversary. Amanda was very welcoming and helpful. The girls that did our massage were excellent. I was unsure how a small girl would go massaging me being big, but she was very strong, hit all the knots in my back. 1 hour was not enough, will be back for the 90mins massage for sure.

Got an oil/hot stone massage here from Alise. Very professional service. Her technique allowed me to breathe in so much prana, it left me feeling high. Will be back. Can't beat this place for value in Sydney.

I've had constant shoulder issues for over a year related to work and sleeping problems. I went to Amanda's after a friend recommended it to me. Honestly was hesitant on whether I'd see a result, I've been to a physio and had previous massages with little relief. However it's been a week and I can say they work miracles. Recommendation: just go!

Loved this place. Treated my partner and dad to the Thai massage and we all came out energised. It was so good we went back again two days later to try the Aromatherapy which was fabulous too. Highly recommend. We booked in advance as it was three of us each time but if solo I think walk ins would be fine. Treatments are also very well priced. Happy customers!

I have been going to Amanda's Thai Therapy for years and have introduced it to a few of my family and friends. $60 for hot stone and 1hr massage, you cant cant go wrong. I was even more pleased with my recent experience, as this is the first time i have gone for a massage pregnant and the girls just accomodated to my circumstance. The massage was just as good as i usually prefer the pressure to be quite strong.i was super pleased and impressed!

I asked for aromatherapy massage but there was no aroma or any essential oils.
When I paid with card, they wanted to charge me $2/- for transaction fee. I was recommended to this place by a friend who said they never charged for transaction fee whether eftpos or credit.
It's my first time there and I won't be going back as I feel I have been fleeced.

We've been coming to Amanda's for a while now and the massages are always amazing. The facilities are clean, staff are friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!

We took 45 minutes aromatherapy, masseuse was late for 10 minutes and massage was not soo good to refer anyone and after 20 minutes masseuse went again somewhere without any message and came back after 10 minutes, we should have paid for 30 min and massage was not soo good to refer anyone bad experience for 2 times for amount they charge.
