Amanda's on the Edge Restaurant

$120 for this set menu is amazing, one of my favourite dinning experiences, Amanda and her team are 5stars all round, can't wait to comeback

Absolutely flawless food. Maybe I picked all the right items. The gnocchi, the scotch fillet steak and my crepe were all sensational. I almost shed a tear after the steak, it was so good.
My wife's food was also amazing. She couldn't fault it.
It wasn't overly busy, but there was about 10 tables and only one waiter. He didn't miss a beat. I also heard him rattle off the beer list and I was super impressed. I'd absolutely recommend to anyone going to the Hunter Valley to have a dinner here. You won't be disappointed.

We would return in a heartbeat excellent service great food and the ambience felt like we were in a relaxed country home. Value for money was great.highly recommend

Amazing meal, fantastic and attentive service, and wonderful ambience (sat outside on a beautiful evening). Wine also lovely (1 red and 1 white). Party included 1 vegetarian and 3 non-vegetarians with 3 course meal and only difficulty was making a choice as everything sounded wonderful

I had an unforgettable surprise dinner at Amanda's on the Edge in the Hunter Valley. Every dish was exceptional, with the desserts being a standout. Our friendly waitress even agreed to capture the entire surprise proposal. As I was snapping photos of the beautiful desserts, my Fiancé surprised me with the engagement ring. I must say, the was the highlight of the night, but everything was delicious. The steak was cooked to perfection, and the fish had a delightful blend of flavors and spices. The starters were also delicious, and the menu offered a wide variety of options. The wine selection was superb, and we enjoyed several bottles that night.

We had an amazing anniversary lunch with friends. Every meal was outstanding, especially the desserts. Our waitress was super friendly and attentive. She also left us to be at the end of lunch so we could enjoy the experience and not feel like we were “rushed out the door”. A fantastic place for a special lunch as a couple or with friends.

An amendment to our reservation had to be made and Amanda was very pleasant about it. We were greeted by Luke and he looked after us through out the evening. Very attentive to our needs and explained and made recommendations accordingly. This was our second visit and can’t wait to come back for our third

Awesome food and drinks, can get a bit crowded and loud unfortunately being tight seating but still one of the best places. Having Vegan options is the best, but unfortunately they have been the same for 5 yrs and I'm completely over them. Really wish they would change it up a bit, if they did a new Vegan menu, we'd be there weekly.

We loved our lunch! Beautiful setting and really relaxing. Food was incredible. Service was also good and staff very welcoming and accommodating. Food was a bit delayed in coming out but that didn’t bother us as you don’t go there for an in and out meal. We really loved our experience and will definitely be back.

This place is amazing great food and great service.

Would highly recommend the ravioli starter/entree (sauce was amazing).

Dinner has 2 sittings one at 530 and another 730 but they let us finish our wines outside in the garden:)

My wife and I went to Amanda’s for our first wedding anniversary, and it was absolutely amazing! Great food (try the steak!) and lovely, attentive staff. We’ll definitely be returning!

Wow! What an amazing experience! Luke is so humble and we didn't know he was the owner until we asked him about the vineyard. He was serving tables and with a smile. We are indian and only 2 out of 6 of us ordered the Indian fish and chicken curry. That was the best indian food we have had in a while. Every single dish was made to perfection. I will be back and will recommend this restaurant to all our friends. One not to be missed in Hunter valley.

We had the most amazing experience dining at Amanda's over the weekend for a birthday celebration.

The food was great and the service was excellent.

And the view.we had views over the vineyard and during sunset.

Amazing food and great service. We had the set menu and each item was mouthwatering. The view from the restaurant is a backdrop for the excellent dining experience.

From the minute we arrived at Amanda's for dinner with friends, it was a great experience all the way. The food was AAAmazing, the service great, nice atmosphere and very reasonably priced. We'll be back again most certainly. Couldn't do better.
