Her communication was fantastic and her knowledge of agents around the north shore was so valuable. When we felt ready to give up, Amanda was always positive and looking at the next options for us. Amanda was acting on behalf of some buyers for a research purchase of a property through me. She was a pleasure to deal with, efficient and transparent whilst clearly still working on the best interest of her client. Many late nights were spent on the phone at 9pm and 10pm communicating.

We had been looking for a house for a while and finally decided to engage a buyers agent to assist us. Amanda seemed lovely enough. After a few months, we returned to inspect a property that we were interested in for a second time. We turned up before the advertised inspection time and much to our surprise, saw that Amanda was showing the property privately to another of her clients. Amanda claims to be on your side and this, we believed, was a conflict of interest (among other things). We subsequently terminated our agency agreement and lodged a complaint with the Department of Fair Trading who determined that Amanda may have breached the relevant legislation. As Amanda has refused to refund our initial fee, Fair Trading has recommended that we commence proceedings to get redress.

I've known Amanda through REBAA for a few years now. I have found her to be attentive to detail and very passionate about helping people get to their property goals achieved. I would highly recommend Amanda Segers if you're looking to buy in Sydney.

Amanda was very professional and wonderful to work with. She helped me secure my home for a great price by getting the deal done 4 days after the first open house inspection. I made an offer conditional on the vendors removing the property from the market. They did so and the property was soon mine. She also did all of the runaround for me and took me out for a day of inspecting my 'shortlisted properties'. If I ever move I will use Amanda to buy my next home.
