Alternative Foot Solutions

This was a waste of time and a waste of money. I turned up 2x week as expected (and paid for in my lump sump payment, which I could claim as there was no item number), and did all the exercises I was expected to do. I noticed each visit he was giving the same treatment to the other 3 or 4 people booked in at the same time as me. His treatment actually made my condition worse! So many different business names too - the name of his practice just keeps changing.

Daniel and his team are fantastic! I work long hours on my feet and didn’t think it was possible with orthotics to get the results I have got. His reception staff are friendly and professional I would recommend his team to anyone experiencing issues with their feet.

I discovered Daniel’s Podiatry practice through the internet. I was pleased to find someone who used natural techniques for improving the health of my feet and specifically for my bunion and hammer toe. While I live in the Hunter Valley, I was curious enough to meet with Daniel to learn about the treatment plan he offered and travel the distance to Sydney. I have a goal to do lots of bush walking and trekking so it was a priority for me to get my feet functioning better and also a goal to avoid surgery.
At the first meeting Daniel explained what was happening to my feet, the cause of my problems and what I could expect by proceeding with his treatment plan. I decided to go ahead and attend the scheduled appointments. I have recently finished the 90 plan and I am very happy with the results. From the first appointment I immediately felt that I was standing better on my feet, my posture began to improve, I had more energy in my legs and the lymph flow began to improve in my legs. My feet have been warm since the first appointment which feels great to have such improved circulation.
Over the time of the treatment my ankles have strengthened and my standing and walking on my feet has improved. The X-rays show that the angle of my bunion has reduced and the bunion which was beginning on my other foot has also reduced. My feet are really flexible now.

We committed to the appointments weekly & we saw a significant difference in my daughters foot. She’s only 8 yo and wanted to avoid surgery in her later years.
Left foot is pretty much back to normal and in her right foot there was almost 13 degree difference in the angle of the bunion and it’s a work in progress.

For me personally this was a waste of time and money. Visited the city clinic approx 3 years ago. Was sent to a nearby business for X-rays, A lot of money for a 5 minute manipulation on my feet and being sent on my way with an exercise plan.basically I gave my money away for the pleasure of driving into town, someone rubbing my feet for 5 mins and to be given an exercise plan

I initially went with bunions which were painful and there has been much improvement, so no more pain, and I no longer wear orthotics. I completed the 90 cycle which I was sceptical about at first, but I got results along with exercises to do long term, and if the pain returns I know I can go back for further treatment. After I broke my ankle (June 21) I only could wear flat shoes.

I began treatment prior to participating in a 100km walk as I was experiencing foot pain after significantly shorter walks! I was prescribed very simple and quick exercises which were easy to fit into my daily routine.

I would recommend Alternative Foot Solutions if you were having feet issues. I wish I had gone earlier because the x-rays highlighted my foot alignment issues.

Results fantastic - right foot alignment 40 - 17 and left foot alignment 30 - 13. This means from current weight bearing x-ray that my feet are becoming normal, and pain has reduced accordingly.
