Very friendly and efficient service. They altered a top for me that I wasn't sure was fixable. However, fix it they did. The quality was excellent and very affordable.

I messaged early this morning and not long after was invited to drop the garment in. The ladies were so lovely and understood my exact requirements. Within 2hours I received a message that the garment was ready for collection. Great job, efficient and beautiful customer service.

This seamstress is unbelievable. She fixed a kimono that I had been lugging around for 10 years… I couldn’t find anyone else who could help. Brilliant work. If you have something tricky you need fixed or something not so tricky… this is your place! 10/10!

Cynthia worked absolute magic on a bridesmaids dress that was extremely tricky to alter. The dress was a bit big with complicated folds and she managed to get it to fit perfectly, addressing every one of my concerns no matter how nitpicky I was. It looks amazing! Thank you Cynthia:)

Cynthia was an absolute lifesaver. We had a zip on a skirt become damaged the night before the opening of a show and Cynthia was kind enough to take on the emergency job. She said that she would get the skirt back to me the next morning but ended up finishing it within a couple of hours the same day I dropped it off. I could not recommend her more and am so so thankful for kindness and professionalism!

Cynthia did a fabulous job on some tricky alterations. She sets the right expectations regarding timeframes and even completed my last alterations 2 days early! Cynthia sends a notification to let you know that you can collect which is really convenient and offers very good value. Highly recommend!
