Alseasons Hospitality Staff

They are the worst Hospitality agency in the entire city.

And of course I write this comment in Spanish so that the entire Spanish-speaking world can be alerted, since a high percentage of their workers are Spanish-speaking.

To this agency, they only care about money and that the Client who hires them is happy, but they do not care at all if their workers have a bad time or are treated without the necessary minimum respect.

A large number of sfhits that they offer tend to be sfhits of a few hours, or quite far from the city, because they are not worth it, and if they offer you long sfhits they are usually in places like the Hilton, where they pay you the minimum rate and the Treatment is horrible during long work hours

Furthermore, Alseasons can harass you with calls when they are interested, but the moment you have to go on vacation or disconnect, because that is why you are Casual, they immediately stop calling you again.

As I said, never sign up for this agency, this is being told to you by someone who worked a lot with them at the beginning and had not yet worked in other agencies, and did not know that there are better options.

I worked for 2 years and it’s definitely the best hospitality agency in Sydney. You are not just an employee number for them, they care about people and clients. It’s was a great experience

It's the probably the worst agency I have worked for. They don't care for their staff. They pick and choose shifts for you instead of giving the employee the privilege to choose where they want to work. It is sad that you have blocked giving you a response.

Working for Alseasons hospitality is awsome. Since COVID-19 announced itself to the world jobs dried up Alseasons was there to help me. I was doing almost full-time hrs with Alseasons during and after the COVID-19 wave. The most amazing thing about Alseasons is I make my own roaster and I get to work in different places. Everyday is different and is an opportunity to learn new skills as a chef.
Their user friendly roastering app is one of the best out there as well as the roastering team.

Great hospitality service industry in the Sydney area and I have got chance to learn many things from different places. Great team!

So far i have really good experience working with Alseasons. If you are a chef who wanted different kind of exposure of working for different venues I absolutely recommend Alseasons as they are diverse and have plenty opportunities. The agents were all friendly and easy to talk to.

Have been working for Alseasons for a few months now and have had a really great employee experience! I work closely with the agency staff and they make sure I have as many shifts as I’m after and super easy as a casual to block off leave with no questions asked - this is particularly important to me as an employee.
A fulfilling experience to be part of the hospitality industry and am thanked by the staff at the locations I work at as they have also had excellent experiences with this agency and their staff members such as myself. Highly recommend Alseasons.

Alseasons is a great hospitality agency to work for. All the staffing coordinators are amazing, especially Nathan Ruch. Always gives me fantastic jobs. Thank you Nathan for always looking after me.

Fantastic agency to work for and has been my constant job since arriving in Australia two years ago. The staffing coordinators are friendly and Nathan in particular has been excellent in finding a variety of jobs that are enjoyable and suit me well.

I have worked with Alseasons as a client and an employee and on all occasions they were very professional, consistent, helpful and over all great. Would recommend anyone who needs to hire staff (short/long term) or anyone who is looking for job in the industry (shirt/long term)

The receptionist yong lady is not friendly. Voice of tone is not polite. But lady whom I gave interview was good, she said I have limited experience.if I was full of experience and everything I don’t need to come to door. I waste my 2 hrs and $10 train tickets. I wish give them 0 star.

Working with Alseasons was one of the best jobs i've have since moving to Sydney. From boardrooms to banquets, Alseasons has been an enjoyable experience. Special shout out to Nathan Ruch in the office for being amazing and taking care of the agency staff. Here's a picture i took of the friends i made at Alseasons, this is us cleaning cutlery after a dinner of 1300 people. Its honest work. 10/10 recommend.

Very unpleasant experience. I applied for a job and also passed a telephone interview.
But after waiting for a few days, I did not receive an email confirmation.
I called back but they delayed for two days to replied to my call.

When she called back, she asked me to check my spam in an impatient tone (but I didn’t receive it). Finally, she said that they had problems with the sending system.

However, when I went to the counter, the counter staff used a very impatient tone to blame me for being late and not calling.

I was five minutes late but it was raining heavily.

If even the company’s staff are so unprofessional and have bad customer service, what else can say?

After seeing my comment, their employees called to hope that I could cancel the comment and ask me what I can do to help and improve.

In addition to making the above things clearer.
I also mentioned that the front desk staff is very rude, has no empathy,
and the way she talk is very humiliating.
This is why I canceled the interview directly.
Speaking art, empathy, customer service and sincerity. Isn't this the most important things in the hospitality industry?
If the company’s employees attitude like this, How can we work with them in the future?

Hi I applied the job and I got the email about to discuss the job from Hannah but when I called them the who pick my call he was rude he did not ask my details and said I can't help you and cut the line in middle very bad recruiting experience thanks.
