3 This is how dedicated Alpha is to provide customer service! I phoned from the Gold Coast to get help for a outdoor awning with a faulty remote. Impossible to get it done here. Contractors don't arrive and won't return calls. So, this morning I spoke to Luke at Alpha, and while preparing his breakfast, he spent 25 minutes assisting with the reprogramming of the remote and pairing the remote. Hey presto! The remote to the outdoor awning is operational. Other business's wouldn't have even answered the phone! Outstanding customer service.
