The receptionist there is not empathetic or helpful at all. Although Dr Remeek was our regular GP, we could not see her in occasions when we urgently needed her help. In other words, the GP is not easily accessible hence I don’t recommend that you consider her as your regular GP. Sometimes you need to wait for a week or more to see her. Phone consultations is a non-working options as you can’t expect when the doctor will call you even if the receptionist gives you a date and time. The call always comes in a very different time and from a private number so that you can’t call the GP back if you miss their calls! Very stressful and frustrating.

Dr Rameek is so wonderful. She genuinely cares about you and is so kind and is more than happy to hear all your concerns. She’s great with children too and my little one feels very comfortable with her. I’ve been with her for years now (even during pregnancy) and will stay with her.

I did IPL treatment today.it supposed to be last week, but doc had flu, so i changed the date.it's ok.it happens to everyone.but today they even didnt apologize and treat me as normal.no communication even I told this is my first time IPL treatment.when i ask, they teach me important things like dont get the sun.if i didnt ask, i will never know.i think it's not only esthetic things, but it's involving medical practice (the location here is kinda hospital.) so we need to know more info from them.or do i need to ask? Also i ask copy for the written pledge, but they didnt give it to me.is it normal? I think there are many important things writing.which i must need to know after treatment.

Made an appointment just to get a script and had to wait 45min coz the doctor went to lunch, so why book me in at that time in the first place? Reception staff are rude and not friendly at all. Booked in that week to see the nurse then was told that she doesn’t work that day, didn’t feel welcome as a new patient and do not recommend this place

Dr Rameek is the Best family doctor! It’s sad these days when people write reviews for the sole purpose of personal issues. She treats everyone equally and never says no to help someone but sometimes people tend to forget that she won’t put her business in jeopardy. She helps people even without appointments which shows she cares more for us than for herself. She’s the best doctor I’ve ever come across, she’s helped in almost every field and never fails to amaze us. Highly recommend Alpha Cure for everyone

The best doctor for every problem.
Always ready to help, Very nice and patient and will do anything to keep her patients happy. The service is amazing and would highly recommend to people of all ages. It came as a suprise to me that people would write bad reviews about such a good doctor who’s honestly willing to put in extra time in order to help us. The staff are also very friendly, Lina, Halima, the nurse and many more. Extremely happy with Alpha cure, wishing you all the best.

Dr Remeek has been my family GP for many years. Initially, she seemed to be highly professional, thorough and genuinely caring. As time went on, a very ugly side of her emerged. She allows personal feelings interfere with her better judgement. Dr Remeek had worked at numerous medical centres and by her own words, she left a Lakemba based medical centre, blaming her displeasure on the local community. I didn't think too much of it and continued to visit her on a regular basis. My first let down by Dr Remeek occurred when my workplace were seeking medical opinions for ongoing management of a non-work related injury. It was not compensation or anything, yet a GP opinion to determine my ability to work and restrictions. A problem surfaced when my employer requested medical certificates and soon after requested a clearance to return to work. At no fault of my own, Dr Remeek spoke to me angrily and questioned how I could request two conflicting reports. This isn't the first time my employer placed me in such delicate situations for reports. Soon after, I learned that Dr Remeek left this medical centre and moved to another centre nearby. This didn't strike me as odd considering her past abandonment, yet this time, she had abandoned me along with my kids and partner as well. As a frequent patient, I didn't receive any notifications to inform me of her departure. At this point, I seriously questioned her level of professionalism and integrity. Again, after some time, she abandoned that medical centre too then soon after word spread she had aquired her own medical practice (alpha-cure). I learned from the staff there that Dr Remeek had 'trust' issues which lead to her run away from her duty of care. After numerous years away, I sustained a serious injury that forced me to live with chronic symptoms daily. It required surgery, even while it was not recommended. I delayed seeking treatment for 3 years mainly due to my lack of confidence in GPs and out of fear of falling into the wrong hands and ending up worse than I started. My partner had continued to visit Dr Remeek over that long period and advised me try her again. I refused for a long time following my negative experience and feared her personal opinions may impend on her judgements and may eventuate to her abandoning me once again. Following MANY debates with my partner, I finally agreed to visit her after agreeing enough time had passed and my condition was deemed urgent. Long story short, my surgery was disastrous and left me in a state of grief, Remeek knew who the surgeon was and had worked with personally, remained quiet about the surgeon's character until after the surgery resulted with more complications and defects. ONLY then, Remeek came out with her criticisms against the surgeon and wasn't surprised by the results, but did nothing to protect me beforehand or suggest somebody better qualified. I fell into a deep depression and could barely function with simple tasks. At my follow-up appointments Dr Remeek began to distance herself from my treatment. Her medical opinion became compromised, at first criticizing the results and pointing out mistakes, at the next appointments, all of a sudden my results were fine and when I'd point out complications with ongoing pain and discomfort, she claimed she wasn't the best person to ask and advised me to go back to the surgeon (the same surgeon she blasted during earlier conversations). Remeek on two occasions 'failed' to recall the name of another specialist for a 2nd opinion, 7 months later, I am none the wiser. Meanwhile, over a week ago a knee injury left me unable to walk. On Thursday, a trainee gp at alpha-cure denied me an MRI referral, being unsure of the legalities. A new appointment was booked with Remeek at 12: 45. At 8: 30am today, Remeek's staff called to cancel my appointment as she had to leave by 12: 30 for an important meeting. Instead of an alternate appointment, I was told find another doctor or go to hospital. A phone call revealed they close at 2: 30pm. No duty of care, when things go bad she shows you the door.

This practice has one of the most popular female doctor in this area. She is the most caring with outstanding quality specially for kids and women health. Even in most days she is fully booked, the waiting time is worthy for the provided service.
