Alpha Athletes

I went here today to watch someone compete in a powerlifting competition.

It was an awesome atmosphere and really could feel the encouragement with supporting each other in their own lifts. I really appreciate what AA did and how they ran the event

This is an amazing gym - the people, the environment, the equipment.
The people are so supportive and makes it easier to push yourself/hit PB's.

I live 45 minutes away and I still go here to train because it's just an amazing gym.

Competed in their novice powerlifting competition in November. The day went great and staff were very helpful and supportive of all competitors. Definitely made me want to come back to do another!

Yesterday I participated at a NSW State Qualifier powerlifting competition at Alpha Athletes. It was one of the most well run competitions I have ever attended. The support was second to none and the atmosphere was electric. I am a member of this gym and was very impressed by the way the guys reorganised the gym and set it up for the competition. There was plenty of equipment available for everyone to warm up in a timely manner. The MC was good, jovial and kept things moving along. Overall a very positive experience.

Wonderful facility with lovely staff and community. So many areas to train and so much equipment. Know how to run a comp too!

Amazing facility with plenty of room and competition spec equipment! Would recommend this gym to all powerlifters and athletes of any sport that would like to work on their S&C!

I came to alpha not knowing what to expect, having only been to commercial gyms before. What I have experienced is one of the most friendliest, community-centred gyms ever. It’s a place where the staff go above and beyond to support their members and build a sense of community. Bonus stars for being a dog friendly gym!

Alpha Athletes has such a supportive community, everyone is there to cheer each other on when hitting goals and PBs. And it’s dog friendly! Chris is great coach with an amazing critical eye in powerlifting.

I love being a member at Alpha Athletes! The space is well equipped, great coaches who are there to help out every step of the way, and just a really beautiful atmosphere - it has a great community feel which I always look for in a gym.

Looking for a good strength gym is difficult, you need to find a place that not only has excellent equipment tailored towards your goals but more importantly, excellent staff. Since joining and training at Alpha Athletes, I can truely say I've found my second home. The exceptional quality of equipment is shadowed by how amazing Chris and the rest of the staff are, always attentive and proper experts in their respective athletic fields with history's of athletic achievements and professional. The personalised training and one on one coaching is better than anything I've experienced before, smashing PB's and remaining injury free. I would definitely recommend Alpha Athletes to anyone wanting to start their journey into strength training, from beginners to National level athletes. You won't be disappointed!

The atmosphere at Alpha Athletes is like nothing I've experienced in a commercial gym. Whether you're a beginner or a more advanced athlete, the coaches and the rest of the Alpha community will support you through your training goals. The high levels of knowledge the coaches have to offer are invaluable and have made a massive difference to my performance in a few short months. Seriously give it a go!

Alpha Athletes has great comp equipment and facilities, awesome coaches who know their stuff and the best community of members. Easy parking too.

I have been lucky to work beside Chris in the past as a Physiotherapist.

Chris has a great depth of knowledge and he is a great communicator.

He does a fantastic job identifying abnormalities and getting the best out of his athletes.

I would have no issues recommending his services to family and friends
