Extremely friendly team and always on time. In and out in minutes. Last week, I had a poor experience re the results (not) being sent to my Doctor and despite my calling to chase twice (resulting in one week's delay getting the results of an X-ray). This week, Sofia on Reception went above and beyond and not only faxed the results to my Doctor within a couple of hours of my scan, but called them to check that they had received them and called me to tell me what she had done and that the Doctor had got my results and advised that I could pick up copies and the printed images the same day. 5 stars to Sofia! Great customer service.

Update 04/08/21: I visited again for another procedure and had the best experience possible. Once again, Sofia and the ladies on Reception were wonderful and then the Sonographer and Specialist were very kind and capable. Thank you for the totally unexpected gesture / kindness you showed to me post procedure.

I went for an ultrasound to measure a clot in my arm, the reception was friendly and the imager was very thorough, and I felt well cared for.

I didn’t receive adequate care at this centre. I came in for a follow up ultrasound after a miscarriage. I felt that the technician was dismissive and not informed at all about my situation or what should be looked for. She didn’t perform, or offer to perform, an internal exam, just told me she was “done. ” The reports sent to my GP said everything was normal. In fact, I had obvious RPOC that would have been seen had the technician bothered to check. Thankfully, the doctors at Nepean hospital were able to do a proper scan and prevent a serious infection. I write this to inform women in the future. Be wary of this practice.

Caused alot stress for me as a patient stuffing up my appointment and sending me to Katoomba hospital cause I had physio appointment at the same place I won't have to wait too long the gentleman that called from the hospital confirm it was at Katoomba diagnostic imaging we confirmed on the phone twice wish I remembered her name but all this mucking around has caused me stress and anxiety problems she said sorry then hung up on me when I was on hold while she rang Katoomba hospital like I was lying then rang me back with new appointmentsoatuffed up my whole day some people don't have cars due to a car accident and just said oh just come here she didn't understand that I need time to book a driver me and my carer could not believe this place

Staff here are always so helpful and you never feel rushed.
