We had a footpath constructed infront of our property and they had some unfinished work (pavers were missing a few courses in the driveway, tree stump was protruding from ground level). Had told the supervisor Nick about it and he stated it wasn’t finished yet. We tried contacting multiple times verbally and through email yet nothing was rectified and no response was given after a months of waiting.
We complained to our LGA and they managed to fix it within a week. Pretty poor in my books being in the construction industry myself.
