I found Jaskarandeep Kaur to be dishonest, unprofessional and untrained.

They used to be good, have been sending my younger sister for school holiday care there for years. The last few months/ year it's been a horror. I don't know if it's new staff, change in management, etc. I've had to complain to them so many times, they've done a number of things wrong that have endangered her safety - she is a wheelchair-bound quadriplegic non-verbal child so she's really vulnerable. I've communicated the issues and given them plenty of chances. I thought that a private children's hospital would be safer for a high needs child than a standard disability provider but not the case at all. Perhaps there will be no issue for children with lower needs but BEWARE
