Theo was an absolute pleasure to deal with when I thought we were going to go through a daunting and difficult process. Theo made it so simple and really went above and beyond to help in every single aspect of preparing the house for sale. He was incredibly attentive (at all hours if it called for it!) in providing updates and I really valued his wisdom and recommendations - they served us well! It also didn’t feel like this was just another sale for Theo, but that he genuinely cared about finding the right buyer and wanted to do the right thing by us as the vendors.

One of the worst mistakes I have ever made was deciding to choose Alliance and in particular Beti to lease out my property. Beti was absolutely rude and unprofessional being unclear with expectations and time frames and expected us out of our property several days to what we initially agreed upon. Then not only that, she would contact me over the phone and aggressively speak to me regarding her time frames and how she’s got several properties to look after and didn’t want to work around our time frame - the one we initially agreed upon.

If you are going to think about leasing your property with her, think again as her rudeness and unprofessionalism and deceiving timelines and expectations is more than enough to make a terrible experience for you too.

Regarding a duplex leased on Vega Street, Revesby for 2.5 years - Fine until there are issues. Failed to repair a significant hole in the roof of the main living/kitchen area and water leaks and mould persisted for months. Dodgy repair job after they booted us out and now the new tenant is experiencing leaks. We were successful in taking the landlords and agency to NCAT for breaches of the tenancy act and were awarded compensation of $2000. Know your rights and reach out if you need advice /support for similar matters.

Genuine Local Agent with a Can-Do Attitude
Theo & the Alliance Team had a deep knowledge & pride for the local area. They were the great conduit between vendor and buyer. Nothing was too complicated for them to take on. I have so far had a great experience given the year 2022 has been.

I am the buyer of a house where Trang was the listing agent. I found Trang to be extremely professional and willing to share her knowledge of the market. She was really helpful, friendly and easy to build a good relationship with. She always answers her mobile and it was never too early or too late to answer our questions.

We asked for a private inspection which took almost 50 minutes and she was patiently waiting for us ahead of time and answered all our questions. Trang went above and beyond to get all the information about a recent extension to the property from the owner. She is outstanding.

I'm mainly leaving this review under experience as we do not rent through Alliance Real Estate.

The owner of the property we were renting through decided to sell their properties a few weeks back, and used Alliance Real Estate as their choice of agent.

The level of professionalism, general courtesy and no-fuss approach in between setting up the initial process of what will happen before they start selling (general view of property, taking photos) and what happens during viewings on weekends (30mins of your time) were all explained thoroughly, and even though a few hiccups occured on my end, they were patient and helpful throughout it all. We hadn't yet experienced "living in a rental being sold" at the same time, so this was a new one for us.

They've been very kind to my family and I before and especially during our move! Always respectful and always on time!
