Probably one of the worst builders.who did they have to pay to win those "awards". Just look at the Imperial Hurstville and the amount of leakages during the recent wet period. Designs may look on paper but building hardly functional.
Kosta was very helpful with my enquires about the Bay Pavillions project. He was very responsive and provided the information that he promised. A very positive experience.
