The team from Alliance Climate Control probably answered all my questions and kept me fully informed every step of the way. The team were incredibly polite, turned up when they said they would and did a terrific job. And then they took all the rubbish away. Yahoo. Excellent!

I had a really poor experience with Alliance. Despite everything being confirmed in writing, the wrong units arrived on the installation day. The Alliance office was MIA when I sought an explanation and a solution. Very poor customer engagement. The website says they are very customer focused, but the reality is very different when something goes wrong.
When I needed to instal an additional ducted system, I went elsewhere. I was not willing to risk a repeat poor performance.

Avoid them as they quote wrong, delay of installation due to wrong quote. Installed a split type in an area where instructed not to. I asked them to remedy the situation and they were charging me over $1000 for it after paying for a complete installation my whole house! They initially quoted me less of course and when I was able to get the funds for it, they came back to me saying they quoted wrong and now the quote of course is much higher.

James and Liam were on time, tidy, jovial, and importantly they clarified details, asked questions to check with me and kept me up to date as the install progressed. Totally recommend these two.

I cannot believe Alliance CC will not give you an estimate of the cost for cleaning and servicing. You have to pay the $29 call out fee and then when the technician arrives they will let you know. Just crazy. You have no idea if they will charge you $300 or $1000 when they get to your home. They won’t even provide a range as ‘it’s tailored to your specific unit’. Fortunately, your competitors can provide an estimate so will go with one of them instead.

Would highly recommend alliance climate control. They were super informative and really easy to deal with, I initially had them come out just for a quote, but after speaking their comfort advisor Darko, I was ready to book them in. He was very friendly, professional and took the time to explain everything to me, sending me several quotes for different models.
Shannon and Zac from customer care followed up and helped me reschedule my installation a couple of times as I was waiting for strata approval, they were very patient with me and replied quickly.
On the day of installation they turned up on time and the technicians B. J, Thomas and Peter quickly went to work. I was really impressed by their service and the effort they put in to protect my house and belongings from dust while they worked. After they had finished, they cleaned up all the dust and moved all the furniture back, B. J. Took the time to explain all the ins and outs of the units, from cleaning to operating the controller, he was very patient and informative. I am extremely happy with the service provided and would definitely recommend alliance climate control if you’re looking to for a hassle free installation for air conditioning.

I knew this company for the need to fix air cond initially. Raj quickly located my ducted system issue and fix it with a new replacement part. What I am pleased was that they did additional works for future caring/diagnostic of the system.

I noticed they do electrical work as well. So I had them to replace smoke alarms, replace all downlights and install dimmers in my house. Chris, JJ and John did quick and professional work, without leaving all the mess in my house. I am very satisfied with the outcome.

They are reliable based on so many good reviews in Google. I am just another one.

I was extremely happy with the service provided by the team from Alliance. Everyone worked tirelessly to complete a complicated air conditioning installation in 2 apartments. Other firms backed off but Alliance accepted the challenge and did a perfect job. Kirk set the job up and and made sure everything was in place and ready to go. Jonathon, Dee, Joshua, Rodtiguez and Ivan installed the air conditioners under difficult conditions and the end result was professional and to a high standard. The electricians Chris and Ash were also brilliant installing additional circuits for the power.
In summary I was very impressed and would highly recommend Alliance to anyone wanting a professional job on time and at a reasonable price.

Jonathan, Thomas and Joshua worked in the rains all morning to have the AC installed for us and we were impressed by their customer service and responsiveness to all questions we had and they did an excellent job for us we would like to thank them. We recently had ducted air conditioning installed at our house. It was not a straight forward job but Kevin, Felicio, Aiden, Thomas, Rodriguez and Jonathan made it easy. Their work was neat and they took care protecting furniture and floor coverings

Timely installation (and removal) of AC units. Neat work and pleasant workers. My only gripe is the amount of screws and potentially sharp plastic materials left behind as i have young children. Would definitely use your services again. Thank you
