What do you do when you haven’t lodged 10 year of tax returns, you know you are due a refund from the ATO but your own procrastination of a decade of negative gearing, country relocation, business sales and personal losses compounding with the losses and gains is a daunting task to say the least to unwind alone. I did not know were to start back in 2014 my existing accountant and tax agent didn’t want anything to do with it as I resided overseas and was unable to sit with them and go through it, even though they knew there was a significant amount of refund due to me, but due to my lateness, procrastination they just were not interested. Questions raised by the ATO were handled honestly and correctly and within a fortnight of pure hard graft on their part they were able to have all returns lodged and a full refund issued and all my tax and issues brought up to date! Pure Genius is all I can say and all from a distance. Now each complex return is lodged perfectly and we are always up to date.
