Stunning and very clean medical practice great doctors who actually take the time to listen and understand your health needs especially Dr Khan and the receptionists are all truly amazing and adorable I wouldn’t go anywhere else highly recommend…

Had a shocking experience today with Dr. Vasundhara. I have traveled across so many countries in the world and never come across such condescending behaviour. She saw my new Medicare card and immediately assumed that I have no idea about Australia or the Heath care system here! (I have relocated recently but been visiting Sydney for almost a decade now!) Sentences like “you won’t need a vaccine, because australia is a cleaner country” and “we usually suggest travel vaccines when you go to India” really shocked me! When I was actually trying to ask for vaccination for shingles /Hpv etc which is the usual precautionary measure for people who are not exposed / vaccinated. She had no time to listen, was very dismissive and instead kept assuming a whole lot of things about the situation and was more interested to know about my personal life than the exact reason for my visit! I’ve been many times to clinics and hospitals in Sydney and this was an appalling and disheartening experience to see someone from India being so condescending and unprofessional. The staff at the reception were very courteous and professional. I sure hope there are other doctors who are professional and unbiased at the clinic!

Recently seen Dr Sridhar as I was having extremely hard time and he helped me, he is very empathetic, listens and made me feel comfortable attending the medical centre. The wait time wasn’t long at all. Only negative was that I didn’t feel comfortable checking in with reception. They both made me feel unwelcome, I understand it is difficult times and a lot of people can be nasty towards medical staff, but it’s just sad that the attitude is taken out on majority of patients who are polite as well.

Been here many times and today had to wait 2 hours, this is the last time I'll be coming here now, not very good at all.

Very poor reception service, they are extremely unhelpful and rude and show no empathy. Specially lady named Kylie.

Would not recommend this clinic. Doctor's show no compassion when talking to them. Often don't respond to direct questions when asked and can be ver dismissive. Very robotic interaction that feels inhuman.

Reception staff also very dismissive and cut you off while talking to them.

I have been going to this clinic for years (seeing multiple doctors), however last few interactions have pushed me over the edge and I've decided to look for a new clinic.

Stay away from this place! Dr Lee is a great dr however the reception staff are terrible! They are rude and unhelpful. I had an appointment and after waiting for in excess of 1.5 hours AFTER MY APPOINTMENT I asked what was happening. I was told dr was running late.not true! Walk in patients were being seen before me even though I had an appointment. Receptionist was soooo rude and offered no help! Because of this I will not be back! They really need to look at their admin staff!

I feel sad to write this review, but I have been to this clinic 4-5 times and every single time reception staff treats me like I committed crime by entering the clinic. It is even bigger crime If you ask any question to them. Young trainee doctor Amy was good. Dr Khan was rude (but luckily no were near to his receptionist). If situation does not improve I might escalate to higher authority.

This place has some of the worst reception staff I’ve ever encountered. How they still have jobs is beyond me. We got turned away at 11am when the place doesn’t close until 1pm. Definitely needs new staff!

Staff are rude both in person and on the phone. I dread the thought of calling to make an appointment or to ask a question but have no choice when I have been coming here for 20years and when I ask to transfer all my documents they were going to charge a fee.
The Reception should not be in a customer service role if they cannot deliver the responsibility of the role. This doesn't apply to one or two people I'm talking bout the WHOLE team.
On another note, as of lately I have felt rushed and like drs do not care. Unfortunately I feel like your just another number when your sitting in that Dr's room.
If you are looking for a drs surgery - Ive heard great reviews about other surgery's around the area. I will definitely end up transferring.

Rubbish medical center! Receptionist have a major attitude problem and the wait times are ridiculous. On average I have waited 2 hours and had to leave unseen due to work commitments. Go to Wattle grove instead but better service.

This medical centre got great Doctors, but the reception staff need to bs evaluated, most of them are not really Friendly.

This centre has no concept on how to run a business, just because medical care is a necessity does not deviate from the fact that doctors and staff get paid and are in fact running a business, people tend to forget this. The doctor I saw on site 2 days prior asked me to return today, to which I did. I had my details processed and asked to sit. It’s been an hour and 10 mins, I’ve asked for a rough time of wait and have been told I don’t have an appt and there is a few more ‘walk ins’ prior to myself so the wait is unknown. What sort of system is this place running? I’ve observed 3 doctors on site who I’ve been told take their appts as priorities and walk ins whenever they can.ok fair enough, however, why aren’t walk ins given warning? Why are the receptionists speaking to people on the phone encouraging them to come in as a walk in and not mentioning wait times. If it wasn’t for the amazing doctor I see here I would never return. This has not been my first encounter with an organised IPN. As much as I understand the front staff are under intense pressure working with doctors and sick patients.there is an obvious lack of management/strategy/communication in place to make this centre a well run and smooth place.

Terrible Medical Centre I went there after experiencing terrible side effects from a medication including memory loss I went there to ask to be tested for dementia where the Dr I saw told me I was to young to be tested for dementia and I should take myself to mental health, summed up there a very discrimitive bunch of under educated people.

I waited for an hour there and noticed that people who came after me got their consultation done and I was waiting there still. Overall I am very disappointed in the management system.

The worst practice in the area by far.waited for an 1: 25 last week, which wasn’t ideal but I understand sometimes theses places can get busy.
Was contacted at 6: 30pm a few nights later, that I need to see The doctor urgently at 8am in the morning in response to some tests.
Arrived at 8am only to be told “sorry your doctor’s not working today, you’ll have to wait for another doctor and I don’t know where she is” I’ve now waited for another hour and I’m still in this hole!
An absolute basket case.
Would not recommend at all.

Have been coming for a few years, great variety of services offered, most of the doctors I've seen are quite holistic and very thorough.
Only downsides.
1. Waiting times (but when so many people turn up without appointments what can you expect? I think they do really try to accommodate everyone).
2. Rude reception staff. Either ignore you all together when you arrive or look at you like you're a waste of time. (But they're not the ones treating me so I try not to let it bother me).
