I have worked with Scott Jago and Paris Barns for over 15 years. As Allan Hall is the representative of the Alliott Global Alliance in Sydney we have a number of mutual clients. Both Scott and Paris provide great support for us on Australian tax and accounting matters. We refer clients with great confidence they will be incredibly well looked after. On a global front I have regular contact with Scott and Paris by attendance at the Alliott conferences throughout the world, and most notably with Scott now being the Asia Pacific Chair of Alliott Global. For us it’s important to our business to be able to have relationships with people like Scott and Paris (and the Allan Hall team) that we can rely on.

SMSF accounts submitted late 2 years in a row. As a result employer contributions were rejected due to non compliance. Has cost us thousands of dollars. Absolutely disgraceful service. But charged at a premium rate. I would strongly advise not to use this business for any SMSF accounts.

I have used Allan Hall for a number of years and in my opinion they are the best firm on the Northern Beaches by far! They are very knowledgeable, professional and have a great range of expertise in all business areas, including accounting, HR consulting, finance, financial planning and audit etc. Their staff are extremely friendly and I know I can always trust the advice they give to me!

I would have loved to work with this firm. Actually tested out their customer service. The lady on the front desk showed her true colours. I was extremely polite but the phone was slammed down in my ear. The strangest experience I have had in a very long time. I would recommend you stay away. If the company hires people like the receptionist / person that answers the phone, they are not going to provide you with the kind of service you would hope to get. Definitely a no-go for me. Shame as I thought they would be my accounting firm.

The firm has re3sources covering all aspects of what is required in a commercial sense and the ability to contact or outsource specialised persons. It is fair to say that I don't tolerate substandard work-practices or laziness, none of which I have witnessed at Allan Hall and that is why I am, and have been a loyal client from the firms founding time up until the present day.

I was looking for help with company taxation so called these guys. I gave my details but after waiting for a week no-one called me back. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again, but same deal. It seems they don't care about new customers.
