Every representative who has come to my home has been incredibly professional, thoughtful and thorough. They explain everything they are doing and always let me know if they are going to be late or need to reschedule (which has only happened once due to the floods) I can't rate these guys highly enough and I am so grateful for their help.

I understand you'll still get bugs inside the house but after previous sprays we haven't had much, unfortunately this time there was no improvement at all. I found the guy that came here a bit unprofessional, he took all equipment out then went to sit in his car using his phone for ages. When I approached him to ask if he was going to start as we had to leave shortly he said he was reading up on information to give to the next customer and suggested we could leave as he could finish without us. I honestly don't think he did the spray properly

We missed our first job, but they went out of their way to make things right. Top service in and around our home.

Rescheduled 8 times. The 1 time they attended they couldn’t complete the job because it was too windy. I would have thought they’d know the area and would have considered this and listened when I asked for them to book early morning. I rescheduled again but they again wanted to reschedule. Understand it’s covid but how many times can people try?

Torbs showed up on time and got straight to work. He was well presented and kept his work area neat and tidy.

I made the first booking online and the they showed up 45 minutes early and were apparently unable to wait another 10 minutes for me to arrive and didn't inform me the the person had left I had to contact them at which point they told me I would be contacted later in the day when they could come back which they never did so I had to contact them again to make another booking 2 weeks later over the phone
And then on the second booking when they where 15 minutes late I contacted the office to find they where unable to contact the driver and should be in touch with me an hour later I had to contact the office again to find out that I now had to re book again and that the service would not be provided and not given a reason why
I would highly recommend not wasting your time with these people horrible experience and customer experience

Was easy to organise a appointment for the pest spray and they was on time but after a few days the bugs where back as tho it was never done and then when they came for a warranty spray that they agreed to do a week later it was exactly the same again. Decided at that point we wouldnt bother letting them try again

We've had All Pest around to our place 4 times over the years. They have always been super efficient, done an excellent job and best of all they do it with a SMILE! Really considerate, thoughtful about animals and friendly.
I can't speak highly enough about the service, suffice to say they do look after the little things that so many businesses miss out on.

Technician Torben was here on time. He was very friendly, courteous and professional. He is an asset to this business. Internal spray done thoroughly. Outside spray unable to be done due to rain but Torben quickly called the office and booked in a new day for us. Thanks All Pest Team!

Have used All Pest multiple times - for pest inspections for property purchases, as well as for general pest sprays
They are always professional, diligent and take great care in the service they provide.

I’m not a customer of theirs but one of their workers was a dangerous driver, he pulled out in front of me at a roundabout when I was coming from the right when he was supposed to give way to your right and then he tailgated me and forced me to pull over then he was intimidated me when he was at fault and after he nearly hit my side mirror when he was driving off. I will never use there service if they have workers like that

On Sunday the 16th of February 2020, I noticed a termite tube on the verandah steps. I rang All Pest Solutions, Lismore, on the following Monday, and spoke to Sophie. I explained the situation, and Sophie was great in making arrangements for Dean to investigate that afternoon. They then arranged for Shaun, Ryan and Zach to come out the next day. We have a mud-brick house with bricks down to ground level, as well as posts and other structural timber. I knew it would be a difficult job. The three of them dug trenches around all of the outside/inside walls, as well as around the piers to create a termite barrier. They worked very hard with expertise, as well as having smiles on their faces. Shaun even found three termite nests on the slope behind the house – which he zapped. He also checked the sleepers on the retaining walls. I am so grateful to all the staff involved. I now feel safe, in knowing that the house has been protected. I will definitely be using All Pest Solutions for future inspections and spraying. I will recommend this company to anyone. Once again, many thanks. Neville S. - Nimbin
