I’ve been here for 3 years and this is the best gym I have been to. Lots of equipment, friendly staff and very clean. Best of all the people here are amazing.

Mate, I honestly was doing this review for the free towel - Saaid at the service desk hands down, went through the T&Cs like butter. Easy to listen to what a legend.

All hours fitness is the best gym I have been to. I have been working out for the past 2 and a half years and have moved from Anytime Fitness and Plus Fitness and have 0 regrets.
The staff are exceptional and there is all sorts of equipments and alot of free weights. It is also very convenient as its next to the main road and other stores.

Best Gym, in the area by far! Welcoming and celebrating different cultures and faiths under one big family.
Staff are very friendly and welcoming and trained well for the role of making their members feel welcome with a happy greeting and smile.
Ive been to a lot of gyms in my life in the area and this one just is different in the best way possible. I recommend this gym to all my friends and family in the area not to mention anyone else, first thinking of joining and reading this.

Beautiful and well mannered gym culture and staff are so helpful, the new cardio equipment upstairs are so good, an added bonus to the gym is if it had a sauna room and steam room would make the gym a game changer. All and all squat racks are so pro and good quality and leg machines are out of this world good. So happy since the day I joined.

AND THE STAFF ARE A PROFESSIONAL BUNCH OF FRIENDLY HELPFUL &HOSPITABLE THAT YOU CANT REALLY GET AT MOST SO CALLED GYMS.

Absolutely scam artists, initially told me there was a joining fee of $95 if I wanted to join after the trial period, after the trial period they started to aggressively phone me to join the gym, when I agreed to join, the joining fee went up to $160 spontaneously in 5 days and they attempted to scam me into a contract with direct debit even when I told them I wanted a no lock contract and wanted to pay in advance monthly which they told me was possible initially but later retracted this option, but relentlessly attempted to pressure me into signing they contract without explaining the terms on their iPad! I explained to them that I was misled by their false statements and found them to be fraudulent in their behaviour! The female staff member was unprofessional and dismissive and kept stating that’s what the manager wants! The manager is obviously a scumbag and this female staff member needs customer service training on how to speak to customers professionally. Please be careful when you sign up and avoid this unprofessional organisation!

Its a little small gym and equipments are getting old. Please update and service them on time.
Place is a bit tight but still good enough. Its amazing place to start the gym life

A gym that has an amazing atmosphere, great team and even better equipment. It’s one of the best gyms I’ve been too in a long time. Always greeted with a smile and everything we need is there to get the best out of our workouts. Highly recommended!

Ahf is one of the best gyms in Sydney it has everything you need from a good team to the best equipment needed for all your personal needs

I have been a member of several gyms over the years and have never come across one above here that I’ve felt more comfortable with. Not only amazing staff but I’ve also found the members really friendly. First one I’ve found where most if not all people are there to just train and better themselves as appose to it being somewhat of a fashion competition. Would definitely give more than 5 stars if it was possible. Highly recommend this place

Locking me in for a year was a breeze and now that I’m requesting some help they fooled me. If you need help ask for Bianca, a worker that has been the only help. Just wanting to kick start my fitness journey and she has forwarded my request quickly to train but they seem to not wanna help. Poor owners need to reevaluate their qualified professionals, facility good, business needs help from her. (And yes still send to debt collection as denied in other reviews)

THE BEST GYM I HAVE EVER BEEN TO HANDS DOWN, always getting new equipment staying with the new trends in the fitness industry, so happy that I signed up here and this is where I'll always training!

All hours fitness was the first gym i ever attended and i don't regret it one bit.the workers here are so amazing, they are very outgoing and my two favourite staff here are bianca and feng (they forced me to say this) but all love, this gym is amazing.

Such a good gym, can't recommend them enough. Plenty of good machines to use. Don't live in the area but happy to travel. Staff are friendly and always very helpful. Great Gym!

Very friendly staff and a great variety of equipment at AHF. Gym goers are very nice and helpful and classes are amazing.

Love the gym and it's women's area only as well to make all members feel comfortable when it gets crowded. Wish they could add a stairmaster and fix one of the equipment up, as it was broken (the bicycles)

One of, if not, the cleanest gym I have ever trained in.
Friendly staff, great music, it smells clean and even the members are friendly and respectful to each other.
