My serpentine belt wore through my Camshaft Position Sensor about 10,000km after having my Timing Belt replaced due to a misrouted cable. This is an easy mistake to make, caused no permanent damage and was easily rectified, mistakes happen.

After receiving a call from the team acknowledging the mistake, using the information to bring awareness to ensure it doesn't happen again and helping me however possible to have the issue resolved, 5 stars is easily what they deserve. Small mistakes can happen but the level of support, pride in their craft and customer service is unheard of these days, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone.

The workshop has gone way above and beyond helping me. The way that I have been looked after in difficult circumstances has been greatly appreciated. I have bought spares from all 4x4 for years, the pricing and the knowledge base that they are happy to share is second to none, and now my experience with the workshop takes a lot of guesswork out of where the hard stuff has to go to. Thanks Peter, Lee, Evan and the boys. Just returned from 1600km roundtrip in the backblocks, not a trickle or hint of a problem.
