After leaving car in for a general tune and service and driving away the car stopped working and had to be towed back to work shop where it sat for nearly two years on hoist as the cause was unclear as to how fix it. Later verbally quoted $4000 to fix - they then replaced some top end electricals then demanded just over $10,000 at Xmas without any communication prior that this was being done or at what cost- the car itself is barely worth that amount. Another car left with them similar experience where an electrical issue was worked on that remained after leaving the garage- draining the newly replaced battery (the issue was a simple relay that I found myself) $3000 bill paid and they forgot to replace the headlight wipers after being prompted to please return them - still missing. Argumentative when questioned what should have been a reasonable conversation over bill. Other than that they are ok- everyones experiences will be different and keeping in mind that they are old cars after all.
