All Car Express

Needed a new place to take my dad's Cruze for a service.
Previous experiences with our local Holden dealership servicing were not the greatest.

Initial contact was good.explained a number of issues with the car. Received an email response on Sunday lining up a servicing time and making me aware of the costs.

Took the car down today and all the problems were fixed - car given a clean - and general service. I was called and each of the issues was explained to me, what repairs were needed and the cost. The price charged was I believe was fair and have no doubt the previous service centre would have charged significantly more.

I can understand why they have such good reviews.

Great mechanics, I would recommend them for anyone in the northern beaches. Serviced my Lexus and they're extremely honest. Didn't even charge me for a new light bulb. Great bunch of guys.

Performed a service I didn't ask for. Nor did they ask me if I wanted it before they performed it. Didn't ring to warn me the service would be more, just presented me with the bill when I collected the car. Charged me for a 40 km service when the car only had 33 kms. Service ended up costing $100 more than what they quoted.
