I just want to say a huge THANK YOU to Jackie for making our trip there a few weeks ago a stress free experience.
My daughter has just not long started a candle business and needed supplies and some advice on a few things she was having troubles with.
Jackie was so patient and very knowledgeable and gave Laura a lot of tips and tricks to do.
Her candles are so much better now because of this advice and help.

Easy to order online and a great selection of candle scents. What I really liked was the packaging. They used some type of used box paper cut up and I thought wow that's different and great for the environment. Delivery was expected. Love my items will definitely order from here again. Highly recommend.

I’ve been coming to this shop for years, I was extremely disappointed to make the drive out to Arcadia only to be told the shop was not open to customers and to do an online order. There is absolutely no mention of this on their web page on the home page, nor in the newsletter that I get emailed to me. I will now go elsewhere

I ordered last night around 9pm and when I got there at 10am this morning my order was ready. This place is covid safe, extremely well priced and wow what a view. Must visit.

My husband and I ordered a couple of the DIY Candle Making Kits as something to do whilst in lockdown in Victoria. These kits were very easy to follow and the fragrances were delightful! We've now made a second order, and plan to gift our 'homemade' candles to friends and family for Christmas! Double bonus is that we love supporting Australian businesses!

Terrible customer service.
Sent email expressing my disappointment with dispatch time after 2 weeks, and requesting dispatch estimate, only to have my order instantly cancelled and refunded immediately. I did not request a refund or cancellation. Very disappointed.
