I won't suggest to use this person for any job. My tenant said there might be a blocked downpipe because he could see some mould under a PVC pipe curve. I asked him to have a check. He came back to tell me that two downpipes needed to be replaced by colorbond downpipes. He charged me for $500 to do the job. After he did the job, the whole backyard was flooded when it rained. He told me that the builder didn't connect the downpipe to storm water correctly and asked me to pay another $600 for connection. Luckily my house is still under warranty. The builder sent a certified plumber and found out he cut the downpipe which should be connected to the water tank. I had to pay the builder's plumber to replace both of the two downpipes he put on. He didn't know what he was doing and now ignored my request for refund. I will bring my case to Fair Trading soon.
