Alison Hughes Aspire Healing and Hypnotherapy ( Erina)

Alison is an amazing person. She has helped me work through many of my mental health issues. She is great with kids, very welcoming and such a kind and understanding person. In my youth I saw many mental health professionals and felt incredibly judged, but my experience with Alison has been the complete opposite. She is a great person to see if you've had negative experiences in the past in mental health settings.

Alison has a wealth of knowledge, which she works into the processes in her sessions. I left feeling clear, more aware and less anxious about my future goals
