Alfresco Coffee

I had smashed avo and fetta on sourdough with chilli flakes. It was brilliant. It has some inside tables but most tables are next to a busy street.

A great little pocket of a place, with inside & pavement tables, excellent coffee, service & food. Today's special of peri peri roast pumpkin salad was especially stylish & tasty. Well done.

Ordered breakfast on-the-go and the coffee and fruit bread toast were the perfect light combination.

First time being here today (June 24,2023). The place, food and service is so good! Thank you again?

Friendly staff, and great little cafè with sensational locally roasted coffee from Moruya.

We have visited Alfresco in Batemans Bay numerous times. Sometimes for just coffee or to buy their coffee beans. One three occasions we have ordered food as well. On each of these occasions our orders have been messed up and not delivered to our table and today was no exception! We will not be returning and will go to the many other places in the Bay where we get much better service.

I got the chickpea salad and it was so good and filling! It was worth the $20! The seating outside was also really nice with spectacular views. People even came up to ask what my meal was so they could order it, it was that good! It also had a great after taste, I ate every crum of it.

This little cafe always has people queue in it, the coffee beans? Seems roasted by them self.
The have breakfast too and looks great! But we just ordered coffee.
The longblack is the best one since I start our trip in Australia, it’s sourness and creaminess are just great, the cream of the coffee beans just on the top make me so fresh!
The smaller size latte is a little bit light but also good.
Must try coffee in town!

What a great coffee, nice long blank not bitter not sour, I loved this place, a very friendly team. If you intend to work on your laptop, not a friendly place since there is no power point. And the cafe is located on a busy street. Overall, a very good experience. God bless you

No idea how this has good reviews. Was reason I tried it. However, hygiene leaves a lot to be desired, order not correct and only minimal choices for morning tea snack. Barista not wearing a mask. There was material hanging below her chin though. She also spent much time playing with her hair, with sane hand she arranged decorations on someone’s chai! Then when I collected my coffee, she dropped biscuit on counter and then tried to put it back on my cup. I told her I can’t eat a biscuit that’s been dropped – no apology or replacement. I had ordered coffee with sweetener. None is in my coffee. Also witnessed someone coming from kitchen to take toilet paper from toilet and return to kitchen – why? Just glad I didn’t order any of the meagre food display. I understand it’s hard to get staff but I’d think hygiene would remain a high priority for businesses!
PS not a habitual 1star reviewer, my reviews are honest and a 5star gets it, this business is far from that, locals may put up with sloppy hygiene but not me.

Love trying local roasters and this was a good find. Coffee was strong but not over powering. Egg and bacon roll was simple but perfectly cooked with a delicious aioli.

The coffee here is really amazing. We also had the egg bacon roll with garlic aioli. Generous with the bacon and also very delicious. Would definitely recommend for coffee lovers.

Down for the weekend and we were struggling to find a good cafe when we stumbled across this gem. Best coffee I've had in ages and food was pretty good too.

Great little cafe/coffee shop. Nice coffee and delicious food on offer. The best breakfast spot in the Bay.

We bought 2 iced coffees, one hot chocolate and 3 ham and cheese croissants for $45. Way overpriced for what we got and the drinks were subpar to other cafes.

A nice find at the bay. Friendly staff, yummy food and coffee. Fit out is fantastic. Will definitely be back on my visits to the in-laws!

Awesome little gem in Batemans Bay - super good coffee and from the looks of the display window, the food is just as good. They helped me out with a double espresso AFTER closing for the day… legends.

I think I have been to all the cafes in the Bay over the years and this place is definitely my favourite. Great coffee and service and ambience. Wonderful attentive staff. Highly recommended.

Overall very good experience, a bit busy at the morning, but staff taking order and service were super friendly and helpful.

Locked in my must go cafe when I’m at the Bay

Staff seemed lost. Unable to find who orders were for. Tables left for patrons to clear. Food was overcooked and borderline unpalatable. Coffee was great!
