Very unprofessional, very rude. Demanded upfront payment before commencing work. Not even at the premises but before the actual date. Not a deposit either the whole amount. No where on the website does it say that’s required. Used credentials to “prove a point” to my housemate. I absolutely do not recommend, we didn’t go through with them

Michael and his team are fantastic. I’ve used Alfred’s End of Lease Cleaning twice now and they’ve been incredibly reliable.
The company is definitely in the renters favour, communicating with us what’s jobs will be done throughout the clean as well as constant communication during the clean to update us on progress.
Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom and balcony unit was deep cleaned top to bottom.
The team arrived right on time and had the job finished in a timely manner as well as left the properties keys in a safe location.
We have long haired cats that rub up against walls and get their hair stuck in hard to clean areas, but after the clean it was as if no cats lived in the property.
Highly recommend using their professional service.

Did an end of lease clean for an old 3 bed house. They were very professional, came and in and provided a thorough clean to an old beat up place. The property was managed by a horrible real estate company and Michael gave amazing advice on how to deal with these types of agents. He also stepped me through the whole post clean procedure given any complaints by the real estate, however this was unnecessary as the clean provided was even up to their high standards. Overall, a high quality, professional service from a company very educated on the legalities of the market at a time when tenants feel powerless.

They did a great job. Easy to deal with, efficient, knew what they were doing. Worth the cash for piece of mind.

I called Michael to do an end of lease clean for me. Excellent service that’s professional, friendly and experienced but also affordable, i will book them again for any cleaning services I need in the future.

I was super impressed with Michael and his crew, definitely recommend them for anyone moving out in Sydney! They were 5 minutes early (great) and got straight to work. I left to take care of some errands and when I came back it sounded like a Russian nightclub had kicked off inside my apartment but when I opened the front door it was work central. There was someone in the bathroom, another person cleaning the bedroom, and a third in the kitchen who had literally pulled out the stove to scrub behind and below it and had removed all the drawers from the cabinets for a deep clean.

So impressed.

My agent (who was particularly challenging to work with) said the place was spotless and returned my bond without hesitation.

10/10 would highly recommend!

Michael and the team did a great job at our end of lease clean. Michael provided great communication, was very detailed in his assessment of work (and any issues he thought may arise) and he and his team were efficient and completed the job well. He has a good knowledge of what needs to be done and clearly knows the industry well.

Michael of Alfred’s cleaning has now cleaned 2 rentals for me in the past 2.5 years. His attention to detail and fastidiousness is extraordinary. I cannot recommennd him highly enough.
