50 I was quoted $319.60 by this clinic for a pelvic ultrasound, the cost had doubled since I last had the procedure done in May and July at another site.
Another well known provider have quoted me with $160 for the exact same procedure. It really pays to shop around.
Is it possible to give them -1000 stars? The worst place in the world; they don’t have any idea about treating people. Do yourself a BIG favour and DON’T COME TO THIS PLACE, it is absolutely disgusting, don’t waist your money and time, there are many other places willing to give you a good service.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Well done to all the staff who ruined my first scan for my first child. From start to finish an absolute disaster. Healthy growing baby should be the happiest day ever, left crying. Barely allowed a moment to enjoy seeing my baby before it getting referred to as a frog. No scan given to take away or explanation of if or when I’d be able to get one. Appalled and disgusted. You should all be ashamed of yourselves
The reception's older Indian female employee is deeply disappointed in her mockery of a patient who does not speak English well.
Terrible receptionist.
Avoid this place at all cost.

My wife and I was referred to I-MED and visited them yesterday.
We had been there earlier, but the quality of service by the non procedural staff has declined over the years, hopeless.
The radiographers, the sonologists and the radiologists was very courteous and caring.
But the reception staff are hopeless, rude, and the accent of the Chinese lady cannot be understood.
Made to wait in the line for over half hour.
The call to the reception is never answered, even after waiting for 1 and half he.
Surely, som body could answer a call.
The report of the procdures was sent with all sorts of passwords. It cannot be opened.
What’s the point of having a centre if they can’t be contacted?
I will NEVER recommend this centre to anybody.

The reception staffs are very rude, one is Asian lady and one is Indian lady, my case was urgent case, but they said no appointment until next week and refused to speak to my gp, so disappointed and never ever come back, waste my time and ignored people’ health, how can the owner employed those rude people as receptionists? No respect ever so bad
Walked in at 11: 10 needing a chest X-ray and was told “sorry we are technically closed “. Won’t be going back.
I have been on hold for half an hour already. I even selected "press 1" if you are a doctor or health practitioner, as I am, and I needing to get a report for one my patients. This is a ridiculous waste of my time and completely unacceptable. I wouldn't even need to be phoning if my patients report had bene uploaded to our online system like it is supposed to be. Appalling customer service. I'm at the end of this review and still on hold.

Try to book an appointment for my mother over the phone at 4: 30 pm. Was on hold for more than 10mins, finally, someone picked up, however, they didn’t answer the phone, it sounded like they were talking to someone else at the counter. I asked “Hello, hello, sorry, can you hear me? ” then they proceeded to hang up abruptly. So I called again immediately and was on hold for more than 20mins. My mother told me they tend not to answer the phone when it’s closer to 5 pm, but their COB is at 5: 30 pm! All the reviews here are complaints about the service of the front desks. You guys need to sack them and save yourselves some money! They are utterly useless!
Receptionist was enforcing you to wear a mask to get an X-ray, even though their staff weren't wearing one. This is Feb 2023 and masks are no longer mandatory.
I was left waiting at the counter for 5-10 minutes while 3 ladies sat behind the desk and ignored my existence.
And my obstetrician’s secretary was on the phone for 30 minutes just to get in touch with this place!
The technicians are good, customer service front desk is horrible
The image technician was great and very kind. Receptionists need to improve on customer service.
I have been trying to book another appointment but gave up, they never answer the phone neither return the appointment request online.
I’ve been on the phone for 40 mins to try cancel an appointment, might give up now. I hope I don’t get charged for not attending lol unbelievable.
Customer service/ladies on the phone, excellent. Imaging technician was excellent and really empathetic. Running like clockwork here. Have been to another I-med, and it was just chaos.
Put the phone on hold for 30min is nothing compares to waiting for an extra 50min+ on a full bladder. The problem is when people work in one place for along time, they become a God. I've seen the God receptionists all the time and there is nothing you can do except find another practice!
The receptionist is very rude to patients.
Be kind as a receptionist or, don't work there.
They never answer their phone. Be prepared for a looooong time on hold, and then to be hung up on multiple times.
Once you get there they are nice.
Please improve your telephone answering service. I tried to call to cancel an appointment and waited over 30 minutes. I gave up.
