Very positive experience. Professional, friendly, and prompt.
Don't really understand the negative reviews. I'm sure some people have personal and medical issues that impact their experience and their perception of their own priorities and expectations about how they should be treated. That, unfortunately, might not align with how they need to run a practice and the needs of others.
The admin and professional staff were courteous, empathetic, and respectful. Not sure what more you can ask of them.

Friendly staff. I felt lots of pain in my tummy and needed an urgent appointment. The front door lady kindly helped me and made an appointment the same day for me. I know they are pretty busy but she has done the job well. Thanks girls

Extremely rude! No manners when speaking with clients, very abrupt and all they need is your money. Some staff need a course in customer services and how to respect others.

I cannot fault 1 thing. From Phoning to make my appointment, arriving for my appointment to during my appointment. Extremely pleasant and friendly reception staff.caring and friendly radiographer who made me feel very comfortable. When you're worried about your health these things go a very long way. Thank you to all at Five Dock IMed for such a great experience.

The ladies here are lovely and made my experience here as comfortable as they could given the circumstances.

Served by an exceptionally rude blonde receptionist on arrival, condescending and attacking in her manner, unfriendly with no understanding or compassion given the current circumstances. I won’t be coming back to this imaging practice.

Had to do an X-ray and CT with absolute rude front receptionist and they were talking about me the moment i asked if it was possible to send the the report to my GP and physio when I was waiting for the films.the next day I went to see my physio and the report never came through, poor services from the front receptionist

Recently had to have some scans and biopsy which I was very nervous about. All staff I dealt with put me at ease and were highly skilled and professional and really took their time to explain everything. The reception staff and dr's went out of their way to rush through results to make in time for another appointment I had. Highly recommend.

After having an urgent referral from a doctor - we were told 20 minutes - a few hours later we were still waiting to be seen, and then told the priority doctor referral meant nothing and they denied ever saying 20 minutes, this eventually turned into a medical emergency. A life threatening event could have been avoided if it wasn't for the utter appalling rude disservice of the abhorrent staff here. Avoid at all costs.

What’s the point of appointment for ultrasound if they asked you to come 10min earlier. And than let you wait in waiting room for over 45min.

Than the doctors were professional.

In & out quickly. The radiologist was very thorough and answered all my questions. Front of house were very friendly both on the phone and at location. I didn't have a bad experience, will be back if I ever need too.

Took my 9 yr old son to Alfred Imaging Five Dock with a suspected broken arm. He was very distressed, the staff took us straight in for the x-ray and were very kind and compassionate towards him.

I was referred by my Dr for an emergency iniernal and external ultrasound due to a suspicious ectopic pregnancy. I saw the Asian lady who ran the scans.

Even though my Dr had specified to Alfred Imaging to have an extensive look for the pregnancy, I was sent away under the advise that there was no ectopic pregnancy.

Three weeks later, I was still bleeding (33rd day) and went to my Dr again and was sent to another clinic for the internal and external scans. Sure enough, there was an ectopic pregnancy and was taken to the RPA for an emergency surgery as the fetus was now 3 cms in length.

Given the seriousness of this condition and the lack of care taken by Alfred Imaging, I am utterly and absolutely disgusted in their treatment of me. I have a 1 year old daughter and given the high risks due to the no treatment, Alfred Imaging should be ashamed of themselves for allowing these things to happen.

Should they have treated me properly, the treatment would have been easily managed by an injection. However, given the three weeks of the feria growing I had to go under and have my tube cut out.

For anyone who is referred to Alfred, please do yourselves a favour and tear up the referral as I would hate to see this happen to someone else.

Consider to either rid of your existing staff or shut the clinic down.
