A very special girl called Yasmin at reception. Squeezed me in an appt that thought will never happen. I was anxious and she kept me at ease. A Gem to have in your clinic. Keep up the great work.

Went there for my 20 weeks scan, i swear will not go there again. They need more experienced staffs and staffs who are more friendly and more open explaining about the development of the baby and everything that was going on.

I was greeted by a helpful receptionist and was lucky to be seen very quickly as there happened to be a cancellation. Laura performed my scan and she was very professional and friendly. I was bulk billed for my visit which was nice. The clinic was also well kept. Overall, I had a positive experience - Thank you!

The receptionists leave you with a 15 minute + 30 minute wait on the phone, just to book an appointment. This is a total 45 minute wait time on the phone to book an appointment.

A charcoal chicken can be cooked and served at a faster rate, than the rate of patient serviceability here.

When the clock hit 5: 29pm the receptionists cut off the call on the line - call waiting.

Receptionist who closed the phone line at 25/05/22 @ 5: 29pm on the dot (after a 45 minute call waiting) would be a perfect public servant. The workplace culture seems like a fantastic fit for their serviceability.

Judging by the poor reviews; glad that the reception staff did not answer the call. A blessing in disguise.

Charing $30 for soft copy of scans in CD (which costs less than a dollar) isn't something I expected. It's not about money, it's more about business taking advantage of people in every opportunity they get. Expected a bit more than this.

Would like to give a shout out to I-med Campsie. I was in a lot of pain when I arrived a few minutes late. I apologized & was greeted with kindness & a smile. It got even better from there. The nurse who attended to me prior to my injection was bubbly, professional & very kind. She made my nerves disappear. Thank you! The Dr was efficient & answered my questions patiently. He was also gentle & precise with my treatment. Thank you everyone for making what could have been a bad experience rather pleasant.

Terrible experience had my 12 week scan today
Starting from reception- the appointment was 10 mins late it’s hard being pregnant and holding your bladder and they didn’t seem to care, got in the room to find out it was a new computer system with a tech in there, this is my second pregnancy at 12 weeks At another place I could hear my child’s heart beat but was advised I can’t because it can hurt the baby I will need to listen at the hospital, I asked for the sex and was advised it’s to small but didn’t even try. I will never come here again waste of my time

I had 13 weeks ultrasound with male sonographer who was really professional and nice.

Extremely rude, the girl working at the reception behaves like she’s still living in the mainland. All other staff are unprofessional and rude as well.

Had a horrible experience here my partner had her 12 weeks ultrasound. We are first time parents and have been excited and very anxious about this process the lady who did the ultra sound was so rude and had no empathy or people skills. She talked down and was like we were bothering her with our presence and the 1 or 2 questions we had. Its an exprerience that was ruined for us. Nothing was explained and photos were blury

Reception tricked us. Before they told scan was bulk billing but later they lied and charged cash.

Went today for our 19 week ultrasound. Greeted by Korean receptionist who was very nice.

We had a male sonographer who was excellent and very professional. He was very patient and kept on reassuring us so we knew exactly what was going on. Also nice enough to allow us to take a video at the end.

Told us results should be available in a few hours which is super quick. Will return for all our imaging needs.

Friendly staffs with great service. I was late today by more than half an hour. As it was Saturday they were supposed to close early and had limited number of patients booked. Iovely receptionist took a time to ask doctor if they can fit me in. I had multiple problems and needed injection on my knee desperately.i would have been quiet frustrated to wait for another day to have it done coz I had appointments for other problems. I was lucky and doctor was very helpful and polite. I would like to thank the lovely lady who called my name in and didn’t show any anger for not turning on time and making other patients behind me waiting. Thank you all three of you (doctor, receptionist and nurse who called my name in). And I really apologise for the wait other patients might have faced because of me.can’t thank you all enough for what you do for your patients.

Although friendly enough and seemed thorough, was very disappointed with 12 week pregnancy scan images - poor quality and no clear image of baby.

Great service, love the guy Michael who done our scan, so pleased we were talked through all the details of the scan and how our baby is developing, felt very reassuring. Thank you for a great experience at our 20 week scan!

I did my 12 weeks ultrasound there, the quality of the images is terrible, I did 2 ultrasound before one with 6 weeks and another with 10 weeks then I expected the same quality or better once it was my NT Scan.
The sonographer wasn't friendly and helpful, he said my bladder wasn't completely full e en after I drank more than 6 glasses of water then I said it is all good I could wait longer to do the ultrasound. He did not care taking almost of the photos, did not explain what he was doing I could not see my baby properly then after he asked me to wait more half hour to take the photo. I thought was strange once he took few before.
Half hour later when I came back to the room he took only one more photo and said it was from the cervix and left the room saying the exam finished.
I paid for the service once I was using the private insurance and the receptionist gave me the envelop with all poor quality pictures.

I am completely disappointed and frustrated it is my first pregnancy and to be treated in this way with no care and bad service is terrible and unfair.

Today i went to do my unlltrasound. The lady who did my ultrasound she was very rude. I got scared with her behavior cause it’s my 1st pregency and i was very qrious which is common, I asked her about the gender of my baby however She was not specific what she was answering to our quaries and she was very rude. We felt very uncomfortable.not Recommended for anyone.
