Alfred Henry Whaling Memorial Reserve reviews
26One of Sydney's best rose gardens. An amazing, serene, oasis in the Hills District of Sydney.
They've almost finished the new rose garden near the waves pool and sports field. Beautiful flowers and dog friendly. Public toilets are nearby.
Amazing playground with a big field for many different sports. Clean and well maintained. There is a lovely rose garden near the Waves fitness center. Overall, it's a fantastic place for both children and adults.
Excellent facilities deserve 5 star, all health club members needs are available, thank Hills Shire Council
Revised rose Garden for the 50th Anniversary of the opening of the Garden. The senior Landscape Architect came up with the original design, but all things good, they take time.the councils slow to plan caused the refurb to miss the 50th anniversary and contributed to the dismissal and major stress of the senor landscape architect who now has depression and anxiety.
Speaker system disconnected so very difficult to conduct a school carnival. Otherwise grounds in good condition.
It was beautiful! Many trees, a water refill station, and a clubhouse all in the heart of Baulkham Hills
The Waves Aquatic Centre/Rose Gardens are still under construction and expected to open in June 2022.
Would really help if there was a Metro Station at Baulkham Hills to improve accessibility.
Great little park with lots of activities for kids and 3 picnic tables and plenty of space for games and picnics.
If you won't consider construction work going on for pool nowadays, it is an awesome place to go with you kids, for jogging, running, play, sprint tracking, and lot more. Park has parking at three location so enough even during events. Rose garden on one side add beauty and color along with greenery around.
Nice playground.
The toilet is at the far end from Kids play area.
Dogs are generally not on leash even at areas where kids are playing.
There are places where citizens can enjoy leasure in the ground setup in the residential area, rose garden and swimming pool nearby allowing them to enjoy various activities.
Very well maintained track and field park bordering rose park with kids play area and soon to come swimming pool
Rose garden is stunning but construction at the aquatic takes away from the experience, will be better when they are finished.
Great oval for exercise. Grass is worn and a biy uneven but that shows how popular it is. Plenty of parking and lights are on many nights as athletic group is training. You may just need to stay in the outer lanes to keep out of the way of the athletic groups.
