Alex is extremely knowledgeable, providing professional and courteous service.

Actually I sent my suit for dry cleaning, I received it with more stain on it and smells very bad. I don’t think it has been dry cleaned. As I’m myself dry cleaner I don’t recommend this shop at all

This place was a life saver for me!

I had a queen sized duck and goose feather down quilt that had the most horrid smell. I did everything I could to get rid of it and nothing worked. I brought it in to Alex's and when they said they could do it, I was so relieved. Honestly I was a little doubtful they could get rid of it just because the smell was that bad but when I received it - the smell was completely gone!

Upon purchase I had a receipt with time for pickup (which was same time the next day, as it needed to soak overnight to clean it thoroughly). They sent a text and called when it was ready and someone else was able to pick it up for me as long as they had the receipt.

Overall fantastic service and a last minute saviour. I had spent over $200 on that down quilt and thought it was unsalvageable. I had tried other local laundromats but the quilt was too big. Will definitely come back again!

They are fast and professional. I often get minor repairs at the time of drycleaning.

Very reliable service, quick, easy and great customer care highly recommended.
