I've been training with Alexander Beal for a while now, and his personalised nutrition advice during online consultations has been a game-changer. His personal training sessions are not only effective but most importantly fun. Alex's positive and motivating approach makes the journey all the more rewarding – you truly get out what you put in.

I have been training regularly with Alex for five years. Alex took on the new challenge with me of training a wheelchair user and it has been such a productive ride for the two of us. Alex is extremely professional and has an amazing knowledge base. The work we have done has no doubt enhanced my independence. Alex is also a lot of fun to work with and even occasionally indulges me by laughing at my dad jokes. He is highly recommended

When I came to Alex just over a year ago I regularly struggled with injuries and consistency at the gym. Alex has helped me squat pain free for the first time in years, helped me build regular and consistent diet and gym habits that work for me. He is professional and knowledgable which he blends with fun attitude. He cares greatly about his clients. I would encourage anyone looking to improve their health and fitness to book a session with Alex.

I've been training with Alex for 3 years and his knowledge and expertise have improved my training and nutrition immeasurably.

Custom programs, technical training advice and balanced nutrition plans have set the fundamentals and put me on track for a long-term healthy lifestyle.

Alex proactively follows up on my goals and motivates me to stay on track. Couldn't do it without him!

Alex has been my trainer since late 2022 and I couldn't recommend him more highly.

Great workout plan, friendly and engaging workout sessions and insightful nutrition talks to give you the whole package.

I've been gymming solo for years but noticed a great improvement in progress over a relatively short space of time since starting with Alex. I only wish I'd kicked off sooner!

Alex has been my personal trainer for over two years. Although I've gone to many PTs over the years, I find Alex quite exceptional and have stuck with him—even after moving out of this gym’s immediate neighborhood. Alex is quite reliable and methodical, and provides detailed programs carefully put together to achieve results. He’s also good natured and offers useful advice on fitness and broader health matters. Highly recommended!

I’ve been training with Alex for almost 6 months, and already in this short time, I have already seen positive changes to my fitness and overall well-being.

I have a long-term hip and knee injury, so training has been a real struggle, but working with Alex to develop a training program with my physiotherapist that accommodates my injuries has been a real game changer.

His attention to detail, along with his knowledge and experience, not just in the gym but also on my everyday lifestyle techniques, have not only improved my fitness and strength, but have really helped me towards a healthier overall way of life.

A lot of people think they know what they are doing in the gym as they have been doing the same thing for years. It's only when you train with someone like Alex that you will see there are much better, more efficient ways to train (and get results). He totally stripped back how I trained and not only showed me what I was doing wrong but most importantly how to do it correctly. The results spoke for themselves! Do yourself a favour and book in with him - a total professional whose only goal is make you look and feel better!

I had been going to the gym on and off for over 15 years but always struggled to see results so decided that I needed some guidance and motivation. I started seeing results so quickly after starting to train with Alex. He has a lot of knowledge and tailored a program to my goals that has evolved as I've grown stronger. I have lost weight, my body has changed shape but I have been happiest with the improvement in my posture. Not only have I had physical improvements but I feel healthier and have more energy. Alex has a great attention to detail when it comes to technique but I also appreciate his sense of humor and really enjoy my training sessions with him! Big recommendation from me!

He is genuinely interested in his clients and finding ways to help them. Alex has a wealth of knowledge and experience in fitness and nutrition, and he has used that expertise to develop holistic training programs tailored to my personal fitness and health goals.
