We used Alex's service for our home renovation and addition of a lift and very happy about our experience. Alex is a great communicator and he listens and attends to our concerns along our journey of DA preparation and let us informed immediately whenever he gets updates. He is detail-oriented and his drawings and documents are up to a very high professional stardard. He always goes extra mile to double check the Council's requirement and talks to the town planner or other professionals to find out the correct information. Thank to his hard work, our DA was successfully approved in a quite short timeframe although the Northern Beach Council is well known for its strict regulations. Anyone after drafting services, please use Alex! I recently used Alex for drawing up the plans for our new extension, and made the job so easy. He would always have the time or make time to have a chat about certain parts of the drawings or to troubleshoot solutions if we came across any issues…He submitted all the plans, made alterations to accommodate council needs, and all within budget and an amazing timeframe from start to finish.
Being a carpenter, I will be recommending Alex to all future jobs and who ever else who requires his services.
