Norm came to our house just after he closed the shop on a Saturday when we rang him.
Excellent service for our swampy air con. Found the problem immediately and rectified it. Spoke to us about how to make the unit work more efficiently, he even went into every room in the house and redirected all the ceiling vents too.

Wonderful experience with Albury Wodonga Heating and Cooling! Highly recommend as they went above and beyond for us. We had another company tell us they couldn't fix our aircon and that it would cost $4000 to replace. Albury Wodonga Heating and Cooling came in and fixed the problem in half an hour and organised a full service a few days later. The price was EXCELLENT. Very happy customers!

Very knowledgeable and friendly business - from ebony at the front who was very friendly and professional, to Norm coming out very promptly and helping with our heating system. Trusted advice from a local business, compared to the other large businesses in town I’ve previously used, I felt like he wasn’t interested in making a quick dollar from me which is rare and appreciated. Will use again when the time arises!

Ducted heating system fitted, the unit malfunctioned and leaked water into the internal roof, that was 8 months ago and still waiting for the damage to be repaired.

I rang them this morning at 8.30am and we’re here by 10am.
They sourced a second hand part to do a temporary fix on our ducted heater, then they fitted it just after lunch………amazing service, thanks so much, we would highly recommend them

Norm was extremely easy to deal with, very honest and straight forward. The installation crew were very fast and efficient and extremely friendly.

Absolutely unprofessional, refused to take on offered work, simple split system repair was all too hard for the team to tackle.

No customer service, staff confused about who is doing what and there is no need to make their customer happy with the product they have paid for just hand ball it to the manufacture of the split system if the customer is not happy, do your research as I thought local businesses would look after local people a lot better.

The place that always looks like it closed every time you drive by but really is open for business.

Had a Panasonic inverter installed. Ducting wasn’t fitted properly (hanging down) wall damaged on installation and gas and electric coverings poorly fitted. Three months out of warranty a major failure contacted and no interest to endeavour to help fix the problem. One very disappointed customer. No recomendations.
