Awesome place the customer service was good the man that served me knew what I was talking about and offered the exact product I needed alittle effort goes a long way and I was quite happy walking out of the store keen to repair some rc stuff

I go there quiet a lot to get parts for the two r.c. Cars that my grandson and I have, it's a friendly place and the staff are terrific.

I ordered some fragile parts and they were packed extremely well. Many others would not have done that. That alone shows me that highly experienced (and caring) people run this operation. 10/10.

Ordered a SVG 2016 diecast model, the box came very damaged and the model itself had two chips out the paintwork.

I contacted the company and spoke with the owner direct and got nothing but a rude reply on how it was packaged correctly. Clearly not.

Anyway I decided not to do anything about it as the guy was clearly a difficult person to deal with.

Stay clear of ordering online with this company.

I was at the Shepparton Mammoth Scale Rally and needed a prop, called Rob and he had a prop that I could use, but I was 2 hours away, Rob went out of his way to ring one of his friends that was coming over to Shepparton and gave him my prop to bring over for me, which he did, and I had it in my hand 7.30 Saturday morning with a big smile from his friend. Thanks Rob you’re a champion and thanks to your mate also.
