Good place for an overnighter between stops. Wouldn't recommend for a longer stay than 1 night. If your looking for a relaxing hot shower after a long drive like we did, don't bother having one, we got a trickle of warmish water and very noisy groaning taps & sleep on the bed not in it, because ours had already been slept in and most likely not washed. The only thing it has going for it is the location, 5 mins in the car to Dean St, town centre. Used to be good years ago, not sure what happened.

Comfortable stay and rooms were very clean. Family room was big enough and toilet was separate to bathroom which was appreciated. Easy to get to and very close to the Highway to Melbourne.

What a great place! Arrived at 11.30pm - called ahead and they had room warm and unlocked for us. Stayed in a family room - 2 QB and 1 SB. Great to find a place where 5 of us could stay. Beds very comfortable. Shower was great. And perfect location - for a morning river walk.

Had requested for a late check-in. They had left the heater on in the room. Loved the warm welcome!

Bathroom needs to be attended properly mirror in main room dirty as well as window sills and wooden panel under windows

Stayed in the rear part of the motel. The first room had an air-conditioner that wouldn't cool and it was going to be a warm night. I asked for a different room and that was no problem for the managers.
I asked about the on-site restaurant and was informed that there was room service only and service was available until 8: 30pm. I phoned for room service at 7: 50pm and I was advised that I was too late.
The 2nd room was great and on the ground floor.

I stayed at the motel for one night and there were some surprises. The room l stayed in had 2 double beds and 1 single bed but the single bed kept moving around because of the wheels on the bottom. Also the green blankets they put on top of our beds were quite itchy and annoying to sit on. In one of the tall cabinets there was a broken mirror inside which was quite creepy considering that the motel didn’t care to look into the cabinet before we had moved into the room. Overall it’s a decent motel if you’re only staying one night.

Well. I didn't realise problem until night time. There is no soundproof at all so you will hear all noise from the road and neighbors. Also, birds in the morning.speechless. I have never herad that kind of noise in my life. I could sleep less than 2hours.

I stayed at room 230 on 20th December. I found a iPad in the room and passed it to reception. Hopefully the owner has been found.

Excellent location as it is based out of the town near the park and on the way to Wodonga.
Staff were friendly and I was comfortable approaching them.
Rooms were fine but could benefit from some improvements.
My room was located near the laundry and I could not take a nap in the afternoon due to the loud noise. I was driving all the morning, so a nap was essential for me.

Stayed 22/12/22. Nice enough motel but extremely disappointed that the bar and grill were closed, especially after such a long drive.

Right across the road from an epic kids playground and the river. A walk down the road from eateries and close to the highway,
Off street parking and easy room access. What's not to like?

Big clean pool. Definitely kid friendly. I'd come back.

It's not the Ritz, but the room was spacious enough and clean, with basic amenities. Location is good - on the main drag from Sydney to Melbourne, and close to the river/parks if you want to go for a wander. Parking isn't assigned, so if you don't get one close to your room you have to hike from a car park adjacent to the main buildings (not super far, but can be a bit of a pain when unpacking/packing6). We stayed during peak season with a full house and it wasn't noisy.

Great place! Ample parking, friendly staff, great location; right at the border of VIC & NSW.

Stayed for one night. Clean rooms and great price (call direct for a better price). Close to town and no road noise. Plenty of parking. Solid 5/7 on the Brendan Sullivan review scale (5/5)

This place is amazing. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very cheap off peak rates. Rooms are beautiful. I will always come here to stay when in Albury.

Special Needs room that we pre booked and paid for (2 weeks prior to arrival) and was confirmed in the motels emails were not available on arrival

Wow where do I start….
Got in last night to check in and there were a couple of junkies who were scrambling to get their funds together.
At 4am they decided to have an argument in the hall.
My room smelled like sewage and when someone in another room was having a shower there was a loud dial-up sound coming from the piping.
Furthermore after not being able to sleep most of the night I woke up to no milk in the fridge so was unable to have a coffee.
And get rid of the stray cat! STOP FEEDING IT!

Stayed here once before a couple of months back, and I will say the rooms were good and newly renovated. But this time, we booked two months in advance, and later advised that we would be arriving late, and then just a few days before checked again, only to arrive and be told they’d overbooked and had no room for us, and no offer of alternative accommodation, as it was Easter Thursday night, and the area was booked out. This meant we had to continue to Geelong after already driving 5 1/2 hours only to then discover that not only did they charge us for the room anyway, they also redeemed our Stay NSW voucher! The were eventually refunded.
Such a shame, very unprofessional and won’t be staying again.

I don't usually do motels, but we had an interstate move with some valuables in the car, so we needed to stay in places along the way that had the car-outside-of-the-room setup. Having said that, surely the state of this place isn't the norm, so here goes.

First of all, although I booked via Booking.com, I called before booking to be sure we had a ground floor room with a carspot outside - they said yes. When we got there, it was ground floor, but all the carspots were filled up bar one at least 20m away as parking was unassigned.
Next thing, the room. It can be pretty cold in Albury-Wodonga, so you'd think a big gap between front door and floor would be non-existent - it wasn't, and it was cold. The chairs and armchairs had dirt, dust and oily bits, particularly in the creases, but also where you sit and where one might place their hands. The bed was like a deconstructed, then reconstructed, concoction of thin mattresses and wobbly wooden planks. We didn't want to inspect it too much, because right next to it was a new insect species lying on the floor that was kinda cockroach x cricket x ant. The floors had been vacuumed, but a few steam cleans to get rid of weird "old" smells would be a start.

The bathroom had hairs all over the sink and max 20 squares left on the only toilet roll in the entire room (luckily, we brought some), so we reduced our eating and drinking that night (I literally ate one Scotch Finger and two sips of water) to avoid anything to do with the bathroom. Of course, we didn't shower.

I didn't take photos because it was so sad and gross that it wasn't something you'd wanna have on your phone for any amount of time. The people in the room next to us arrived with bags and within 15mins left with them. Good for them, but we had already driven 11 hours that day.
The best things about it were the street cat who meows a lot and is very responsive, tame and cuddly. The two older people we dealt with were quite nice, but they seriously need to improve their cleaners' processes and put some quality control checks in place. The price would be ok, I guess, if it would at least be properly cleaned.
