Albury Hand Car Wash and detailing

Couldn’t be happier with the service provided - I chose a full detail inside & out, plus the engine was washed too. My car is 18 years old and was filthy and gross, but these guys made it look new! Highly recommend!

Called at 11.40am Wed, was able to drop- off the car at noon and collect at 1.15.
Was spattered with mud from winery driveways, fallen leaves in the vents, and a bird out of legend did something unmentionable on the drivers door.
Not a trace remains - the car is sparkling and all the hard-to-find crud is gone. Excellent cleaning job inside and out - I'm sure the car is cleaner than when I bought it. Cheers for a top quality job - $50 was cheap, considering the mess.

Booked an appointment for 7.30am via this company’s website (fb page). Was the first car to arrive for the day. Gave the worker my key, we agreed I’d come back in one hour. When I returned, the worker was washing another vehicle while mine was still sitting there untouched. I am sooooo cheesed off and unimpressed. Left with a dirty car. Doubt I’ll be back. Shameful service.

In response to the owner, this is not a fake review, please don’t belittle my experience. Regarding the appointment confirmation, I did not receive a confirmation, however, I assumed that was how your website worked. When I arrived for my appointment, I told your worker I was there for the 7.30 am appointment. If the booking didn’t work he should have told me instead of letting me leave the keys and leave expecting my car to be washed. That visit was my 3rd visit with you as the owner. Out of the three visits, only one was a positive experience. I will not be back, nor, can I recommend you to others.

Great car wash for $10 dollars. Its fully automated. Or you can pay $12 for Carnuba wax spray at tye end of the wash. The vaccum station has hot foam carpet wash, vaccum and fresh fragrance outlets. It cost me $5 to wash the rear seats and boot carpet with hot foam and then vaccum it. Clean, nice smelling car with clean carpets for $17 dollars.

New owners. Advertise washing. Said my car would be done. Turned up and they hadn't even started on it. It was there 4 hours. Not even an apology. Never returning. Not impressed. They don't deserve my business.

After 4 years and 3 toddlers I thought my car needed Jesus. Turns out it just needed this place!
