The worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. Georgia was an absolute nightmare, I would rather be homeless than have her as my agent.

I was given 14 days to leave my unit due to a breach, when I should have been given 14 days to rectify the breach to continue my lease. I had already found a new place to move to, then Georgia emails me around 5 days before I had to leave that the landlord wanted to inspect so he can decide if I can stay? What if I didn’t find a place and he didn’t approve of me to continue my lease? Also, a routine inspection should be 14 days notice, not whenever she pleased as she terminated my leased.

Firstly, I don’t know who this “Nawar” individual who you are referring to. That is not my name.

Secondly, you have proved my point on lack of care and how unprofessional your conduct is. The breach was for neither smoking or non-rental payment. You should put more care into getting your facts straight when replying to a complaint.

My experience with Deyana was excellent – she maintained a high level of professionalism throughout our entire tenancy, demonstrating attentiveness and punctuality consistently.

A family member purchased a brand new apartment from these guy. Extremely poor communication throughout the process. Rate are double the amount quoted by them. There was a surprise in both toilets at first inspection. Absolutely disgusting. Would not recommend.

Very grateful to Clint from ALAND who guided me expertly through the process of buying my new apartment as a first home buyer. Nothing has been too much trouble and I only have positive things to say about my whole experience. The final fit out is more luxurious than you would find in a five star hotel apartment and represents great value with high quality finishes and appliances including powerful ducted air conditioning. ALAND are great to deal with and I won't hesitate to buy from them again.

Buying your first property, let alone an off the plan property seemed quite daunting for my husband and myself. You hear stories, and the news coverage of all the dodgy apartments and buildings doesn’t help either.
