Always ready to help with great pricing, i bought fencing 3 years ago and just started to rust and decay but we have a salt water pool and was expected we upgraded to aluminium fencing and the upgrade will be worth it.

I purchased a pool fence from Alam's Pools some 3 years ago and all was well until time passed. The fence is rusting along the bottom rail looking ugly and leaving stain on the tiles. I don't know if there is any warranty but I doubt it. In short, because of what is Happening to my pool fence I suggest seeking other suppliers

I bought an order from here a few weeks ago and it was delivered. Today's was a smaller order and I picked it up. I was pleasantly surprised to be served quickly and professionally, and they looked after me price-wise, too! The young men then loaded my order into the trailer, taking care to pack it properly and even adding cardboard to avoid scratching. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended and I will buy from them again.

I believe this company would be good for their regular trades that buy their materials all the time but beware if you are a one off buyer from this company of receiving damaged / second hand materials. We received a delivery with damaged pool fence panels, where all the posts were not in plastic sleeve for protection and majority of these have scratches and rub marks throughout the powdercoating. So for anyone that is taking delivery of their materials, if the posts are not in protective sleeves they are supposed to be wrapped in, they are more than likely posts that have been brought back from their regular trades that they have replaced and then when the company receives an order from a one off buyer not from Metropolitan area, they think they can pass off their damaged goods. When ringing up asking why there wasn't any sleeves, Mark didn't give me a chance to ask my question, like he was expecting my call, and accused my staff of damaging the materials from loading them into a box trailer. The only reason our staff were collecting them at all is because the delivery guy he arranged didn't have time to deliver to the address we had supplied to him, and we would have to collect it ourselves from the only place he would be stopping in town. And he was certainly making it clear he was in a hurry to get moving to do other deliveries, telling our staff member to hurry up as he was going too slow. Seems like Alam's and Moruya Freight have some sort of deal going together and think we came down in the last shower. Unfortunately, they thought I was just a one off customer but I was going to potentially a repeat customer. I am a builder with 18 years experience, and have 15 homes year I build and 80% of them are putting in pools. I know it doesn't mean much to them as they think I am only a small fish in a big pond, but if I can let other people know what I have had to deal with and can stop at least 1 other getting stung like I did then it is worth mentioning. I have attached photos of how they are supposed to be protected if they are brand new (as per Alam's website) and also of how we received them. The other photo is of one of the damaged panels which occurs when the fork lift driver loads the panels on the truck, where the forklift isn't sitting correctly and the forks bend the bottom panel from all the weight above.

Very good service, fast to load you, sends two workers Out to load very good pricing. Very happy would buy fencing from there in future again.
