I contacted Aladdin after a very negative experience with another cleaner and to be honest thought I’d get a better result but wasn’t expecting too much as I’d been disappointed before. I was told I could expect my rug to end up better than it was but they couldn’t promise they’d get everything out. So when I got my rug back looking brand new, I was so excited! They did the most professional and remarkable job on a rug I thought was doomed. The pictures speak for themselves. I have never written a review before but was so impressed with the result these guys achieved, I just had to say something. I’m so grateful to them as my rug was expensive. Would not use any one else now. Thanks guys.

I have had Arthur clean my rugs twice now and each time he brings them back as if they brand new. He explains the procedure of how the rugs are cleaned and gives you a thorough quote and delivery date.

So happy with how our rug turned out. We tried to clean it ourselves and I thought we had ruined it. The colour ran and discoloured the ends of the rug where the water was dripping. It smelled as it was damp for too long. Arthur called me back right away, came out, quoted took the rug and bought it back to near new for us. So happy with the result and the communication throughout. Will definitely never try to do it ourselves again and will always use Aladdin’s Rug Cleaning. Thank you Arthur!

Prompt and professional service. They came and collected the rugs and demonstrated how they would clean the rugs. They did a colour run test as these were wool rugs. They explained how long it would take and phoned to check what time would be suitable for delivery after the rugs had been cleaned.

I found them through word of mouth and it was the best decision I made. Arthur came over to collect the rug and protect it from stains. He was very knowledgable and explained to me all about rugs, their differences and how to take care of them. He is also a very nice person too. When he returned the rug, it was spotless. He even helped me to remove a coffee stain I had on an older rug using one of his products when he was here. I highly recommend!
