48 Friendly service exceptional portions
Fit for any Asian foodie.
My fav chicken and anchovies fried rice
So good nom nom!
Great beverages. And most of all tasty
Good Indonesian food. Weekly special Nasi Pandang was $18 and Nasi Campur Jakarta for $17.
This is a Non Halal Indonesian Restaurant located at Mascot Town. It has varieties of Indonesian Cuisines and reasonable price as well.
Food was good, custoser service was nice as well. The price quite reasonable, get there at 2.30 and no more Iga beef ribs left.the side fried tofu was expensive for 2 small pcs. But will be back
This place is a hidden gem.
I tried their nasi kuning ayam bakar & es duren today and I really enjoyed it. I heard their their Nasi goreng are a must try too. Will definitely be back.
The beef kwetiaw is really nice too! You have to try it.
Great little spot for Indonesian food with great prices too. Got to try a few Indo faves, like rendang, nasi lemak, nasi goreng, mee goreng and kwetiau siram. An enjoyable meal for all, plus sambal at your table to load up on your plate as freely as you like.
I don’t normally give a 1 star review but this time We had been waiting for our food for 30 mins. Nothing was served. I asked the lady in the front and she said “we are doing takeaways”. We were the only people waiting to be served after the table next to us was served. There was a guy came in and ordered takeaway a few mins before we left. He got the food not long after that. This is unacceptable. Never again.
Food tastes really good. Fair price. Very happy with the size of the portion. Highly recommend if you live around Mascot area.
Ordered 5 things, noodle, fish ball, beef ribs, fried rice, and nasi campur.
And guess what is the thing that never come: my noodle. The one i was going to share with my toddler. He ended up eating everything else but noodle. (We came here because my kid asked specifically for noodle.) My husband food already cold when i asked them to cancel the noodle.
I dont have the appetite to eat anymore, hence the cancellation. Half of the ribs are fat, my husband didnt eat it.
They didnt even say sorry, the thing that makes me very upset. When i asked about the noodle, the waitstaff said “its coming”. But it never come apparently. Never going to eat here again.
Be prepared on their service when you come in.
Good things:
- very yummy food!
- portions are a good size.
- price is very fair for the amount of food you get.
- good variety of options available.
Bad things:
- wait staff are not very engaging with customers
I felt like having mie Siantar (egg noodle) that day. I’ve dine in numerous time and mostly I’ve enjoyed the meal. The Siantar noodle I ordered that day somehow a bit lack of punch and flavour. I wasn’t sure, maybe the noodle type or the overall taste. I’d give 3.5 stars for that day meal but generally I have had good meals there, so I went to give 4 stars. Maybe better next time I come.
They serve very good food. I’m from Malaysia and I have to say that the food is very authentic.
Decent. We had the Mie Santar and Nasi Campur Jakarta.
The noodles still had a starchy coating and taste to it - you get that taste when it isn’t rinsed enough.
Skewers from the Nasi Campur was really good. Food was decent overall but not out of the ordinary.
Nice but really slow. Only 1 chef and dishes take 15-20 min to come out. Small place so always full.
UPDATE:
Massive improvement since my last review about this Restaurant. Regular visit and order from here. I even make a very good relationship with the owner. The price.the portion.the taste.all is great. Service is fast, place is clean. One of best Indonesian restaurants so far in Sydney!

Bought Nasi Goreng Ayam + Pete (with additonal $3) but I just had 5 little half-pieces of pete. Overall taste OK. The staff visit each table to ask "how's the food" but went away soon before customers finish talking. Good attempt to showing the good service but wrong end.
Simply can't go wrong. The food is so tasty. Go easy on the chilli as these guys mean business.
Enjoyed lunch here today.
Excellent value for money and the best Indonesian food I've had in years.
Staff were friendly and didn't take offence at my haltering attempts at speaking Indonesian
Nice restaurant in Sydney close to the airport and the taste was great, feel like in our country Indonesia they played Dangdut song. Recommended restaurant, two thumbs
Delicious Indo food. Call or check their Facebook page to find out what the special of the day is. It's usually something special and delicious. If not, the menu regular for us is the nasi Padang, Iga Bakar, nasi uduk and nasi goreng Babi.
