I came across Akura via a Facebook post. I submitted an inquiry which was responded to promptly by James, after some negotiation I placed a holding deposit on my first commercial property in Orange off the plan.
From purchase, during construction and final settlement James made it seamless answering any questions I had and even sending photos and video of the build.
I have now purchased my second commercial property from Akura via James in Beresfield.

Beware of this company. Initially they start out good & seem professional. My experience was after I was given a construction price, they dragged things out for months giving me false hope of their intentions before it even got to the actual building stage. They start well in communication, but after sometime fail to take your calls/emails or return them + give false information regarding their intentions surrounding this. Plenty of other builders out there so do yourself a favour & seek them out.

The team at Akura are fantastic and very knowledgable. Kristy in particular has been a dream to work with.
