Cannot talk highly enough about the great service I received from everone at Airserve. They turned up on time for all appointments, removed the old plant and installed the new plant, removed all the rubbish in the time they said they would. I had a question about a problem and Mustapha came back to our house to help, not a problem for him.

Communication, politeness, punctuality, and craftsmanship of Airserve are next to none.
The whole process was a dream called, Thursday to arrange a quote for a split system unit. They turned up Friday explained all details and recommendations, so much knowledge, then the following Tuesday we’re able to install a week before Xmas, highly recommend, great team of ppl to deal with from start to finish. I cannot speak highly enough of Mark and his team who recently installed our ducted air-conditioning! Such a respectful crew of young professionals who arrived on time, showed respect for our home, myself and my work space throughout the entire install, shared any necessary installation information, provided after install advice and tidied up after themselves (unheard of for trades!). Something I was expecting to be intrusive, noisy and messy was anything but that! Thank you Airserve!

Highly recommended. Their customer service is fantastic and from the very first phone contact with them they were polite and professional. They were able to come out and have a look at our old unit very quickly and were then emailed a quote with a number of options for us to choose from. Once we made our decision, they booked us in quickly and the installation of our new unit was done in a timely manner. Employees were very professional and considerate. They cleaned up on completion of their work. We have used our new system for the past few weeks with no issues at all. We have already recommended this business to our family and friends.

They arrived for the quote then for the installation on time and always responded quickly to any queries I had.

The experience we had with company was excellent. Mustapha was very quick at checking our old unit that wasn't working in the middle of winter, quoting and installing at at a very reasonable price. They were always respectful and took off their boots before entering. James and Jack did a great job of installing and took all the mess with them. All in all a very professional, seamless experience and would definitely recommend the team.
