Worst drivers ever, ran me off the road then yelled proceeded to abuse me. I had right of way. Clearly their drivers are dangerous and contribute to the many truck accidents endangering lives on our roads. Would never recommend this company after my experience. At least if you put your signage on trucks, get safe drivers. XN330U driver you are dangerous.

What a joke of a freight company, absolutely no direction, the way they just chuck items around on pallet and truck I’m surprised majority of things aren’t broken
Major safety issues. Just glad to be out of there at a better place

Freight lost, misplaced, forgotten about on 4 seperate occasions, why companies are still using this transport joke is beyond me.

Worst courier ever I have had business. They are rude and keep giving wrong information without updating log. Even after calling 2 days in row, they told me delivery was loaded in the truck and would be delivered on the same day. Fact was delivery never left DEPOT. STAY OUT OF THEM.

I bought and paid for a computer from ACER which was supposed to be delivered by Air Road. I have a team of staff accepting deliveries but there was no delivery of the item at the time stated. There was no signature on the recieval docket and no name of the person that the item was given to. However despit this, Air Road state that the item was delivered. They will not pay for the item that was either lost by them or stolen by them. In my opinion, this company should be avoided at all costs.

Great place to work. Don't have a big turnover of staff so hard to get a job here. Things have changed greatly. Can't get drivers anymore and the attitude of the past owners that are still here is making it hard to stay. Not as good as it once was.

Customer Service has always been fast, efficient and more than happy to assist where possible however in recent days, AirRoad have introduced a few surcharges whereby pricing has increased in most cases over 40%. We have been using the services of AirRoad for years now and cannot justify the price increase and substantiate it with our customers who are all questioning how we can increase their pricing of freight so drastically. Most customers who were once paying $60 for a shipment interstate are now having to pay nearly $90. This jump in the current economy is hard and really should have been taken into account from management prior to making this decision.
Really disappointing, however we will now need to look for alternate options.

Just want to say "Thank you" to the delivery guy that delivered my stuff yesterday. He was polite, thoughtful and considerate, despite obviously being busy and having a lot of deliveries to make. Appreciate the work of delivery drivers and what they do.

Was quoted delivery for Tuesday. Called Wednesday and they advised it should have been delivered but would enquire and get back to me. They didn't. Called Thursday and got the same guy, who didn't acknowledge this was the second time he took this enquiry. Said he would make some enquiries and call back. Called Thursday afternoon and copped lip for calling so close to 5pm. Transferred me to another team member who would take my call, which just landed in voice mail

These clowns are holding 50k worth of equipment and don't even have the decency to call back on an enquiry.

Actual transit time more than double the estimate given. Also the online tracking details are very light unlike other couriers I’ve used where the whole history and exact location and activity is listed. My packages seemed to have sat at the same spot in a truck in the hot sun for 5 days after pickup. Won’t be using them again.

Very happy with the service using Air road, 2nd time i have used them and nothing but the best service! Would recommend them in a heartbeat.
Also would like to mention Maria at air road as she goes over and above and exceeded all my expectations in keeping me in the loop and updated along the way!

The worst company customer service team to deal with. Admin staff kept saying to me that they would give me a call when she finds out from the driver when it would be delivered. I called at 10am and then left it for 2 hours then heard nothing so called again at 12pm then same excuse so waited a further 3 hours and then called back and then she reckons she called the driver and he said between 4 and 5pm. So I have sat around all day waiting and waiting my time as I didn't want to miss the delivery. Don't understand why Carly I think it was could not call the driver the first time and then I could plan my day. Useless is all I can say. It's not the delivery drivers fault but definitely the customer service needs to be sacked.

First time I used AirRoad direct and I'm so impressed. They picked up our box within 45mins and delivered it safely to Melb on time. I had been let down by another courier company and lost a whole day.these guys came to the rescue. Thank you

Was not expecting the HIGH level of customer service that I received from this company. Professional courtesy fom the nice office lady all the way to the charming driver, my package arrived on time and intact, to a difficult 2024 Eastern Suburbs address that many couriers fail to deliver too.

Though pricier than some of the other courier companies, their service and reliability are a lot better. I've used them for dozens of deliveries and haven't had a single customer complain about damaged goods. Calling their service line usually results in an actual person answering the call straightaway. No 20 minute wait time like some other courier companies.
