Airport Express Car Parking

Used service for under cover parking; however received fine for car being parked on street for more than 8hrs.

I highly recommend Airport Express Car Parking. Great service, easy to book and they provide a free shuttle bus. The drivers are also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely keep booking them in the future.

I recently used the parking service and was blown away by the exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, the owner was friendly and helpful, guiding me to a parking spot and assisting with my luggage. The shuttle service to and from the airport was prompt and efficient, reducing any time wasted waiting around for a ride. Upon my return, the pick-up process was smooth and stress-free, with the shuttle arriving within minutes of my request. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the level of service provided and would highly recommend this parking service to anyone looking for a hassle-free airport experience. Thank you again! Disgraceful, untrustworthy - be warned do not use. I had to cancel my booking due to Jetstar cancelling my flight. We actually went to the premises that very day to get a refund, the man there said he'd be back in 5 minutes and didn't come back. At least 6 phone calls and emails since and still no refund. How can a business operate like this? So dodgy.

Made a booking for xmas eve, busy time of year.great service left keys and keys and car with them and went on our way overseas without stress. On return, was picked up with quickly and with ease, car was waiting out the front of the yard for a quick exit. See you next time!

We booked a few months ago and got a booking confirmation. The manager was very nice and welcoming and quickly confirmed out booking and even worried we would not arrive on time so he proceeded to send us to the international airport faster. Very considerate and thoughtful. Would recommend for everyone.

Very bad service, please don't book with these guys.we have to walk approximately 2 kilometres to get in to the pick-up and then said they have another passengers to pick up. So waited outside domestic express car park area for 45 minutes with small kids and in extreme windy condition.wanted to have a word with the driver as the OWNER was not there. He was so rude and arrogant. Very bad service

Extremely disappointed. Would avoid at all costs. Despite booking (through Parkos) when we turned up early we were told there were no spaces available. Staff were unbelievably rude and unhelpful. Caused great inconvenience and stress and nearly missed our flight. In the end we left our car in the street and got a family member to pick it up. If it were possible to give this parking service stars zero stars I would.

Had to wait more than 30 mins each way to and from. Cars are outdoor not undercover. Had to leave keys behind. Found service by other providers I’ve used better and price just as competitive. So will not use again

The staff were so helpful and calm and wonderful. As always, allow plenty of time for travel circumstances that are out of human control but they communicated clearly and picked up efficiently. Thankyou.

Parked my car here for two weeks during an overseas trip, very easy to find, transport provided to/from airport, excellent service. I would recommend paying extra for a car wash so your car is sparkling clean upon your return. The parking is the best price around. I will definitely use them again.
