Great experience, staff were very helpful and very kind, was a little low in stock but were very apologetic

Was very busy but despite this, all the staff were still very friendly and helpful. Large range of stock which some of it was expensive, but there was a clearance section where I found a couple of shirts to buy at a good price.

Well stocked with quality clothing, boots, belts etc. It was very busy when we were there on Saturday morning (which is a good sign). Even though they were busy I received excellent service/help to find what I wanted & to make sure my jeans were the right fit.
Overall, a very nice shopping experience.

Helpful staff, huge selection of everything country from hats to boots. It is a bit on the expensive side but you will have your purchases for a long time as they are made to last!

Airds has been an institution since before I was born & no doubt it will remain long after I am gone. I remember coming here as a kid with my parents when it was time to replace the Driza & the RM boots.

Recent visit & everything smells the same & I was happy to see new brands creeping in like Yeti (got a nice travel coffee mug).

I came here to purchase a new pair of boots and was approached by 3 different team members for a hand. Everyone was so lovely and helpful and I loved the music they were playing! Great vibe with a huge range of boots and hats. Highly recommend!

If you've just watched 3 seasons of Yellowstone and need to get your cowboy or cowgirl on, this is THE place to shop.

I will never leave my house without the supplies for these guys. They could have more mirrors though. My wife and I were the most annoying people trying on hats; the staff were exceptional, but there were like 3 mirrors in the whole store.

Website lacks photos. Every item I click on has maximum 2 photos in low resolution. Go on any other website with the same item and you'll find up to 15 photos all in high res.

I was fortunate enough to find the hat I wanted. Aird's are struggling to obtain supply. The entrance off the highway is currently gravel and in wet weather would be 4wd only while the development is in progress

Very good variety of products. My partner wanted a pair of R. M. Williams boots but the $600-$700 price tag was a little off putting. There's a disabled toilet but I struggle to see how a wheelchair would negotiate the narrow uneven alley to get to the toilet and STEP to get in!

Best range of Akubra hats you could ever hope to see. Bought myself a wonderful Akubra Tablelands hat and I cannot stop wearing it.can't wait till its summer and its hot so I have an excuse to wear it every single day =P
